• Good price for close to Disneyland.
• Disgusting smoking room is unacceptable in a family hotel.

“Although I wasn't expecting that much for just a 2 star hotel, this was worse than I had thought it would be, since it ended up being a smoking room. We requested a change to another room, and although I doubt the hotel was full, based on the low amount of noise, we were not allowed to switch to non-smoking. To add insult to injury, they said 'Oh, didn't you request a smoking room?' At least the window should be opened. Also, there were only two low quality pillows on the bed.”

• Location is the only thing I liked about the hotel - fairly near our destination.
• Our room was not very clean. There was also a roach motel in the bathroom.

“Besides fairly convenient location, the hotel did not meet any of my standards anywhere else. The room had a wet spot on the carpet, the bathroom had a roach motel, the towels were not washed well, and maid service only comes once a week! If you need new towels, it says to go to the front desk to exchange them. My wife and I contemplated changing hotels.”

“Was not family friendly nor for business travelers. I really enjoyed the free laundry room. Did not like room with just a queen sized bed for a family of five. They wouldn't even allow me to pay the difference to upgrade to double beds.”

• Kitchenette.
• No cribs, no king size bed, could be cleaner, no double beds.

“We stayed in candlewood suites. First we had to wait half hour or more for a tram. When we arrived at the suites, after our trip to Disneyland.”
