• It has not fallen down yet nor has the fire department condemn it.
• The smoke cleaning bill procedure sounds fishy, needs paint, cleaning, the ice box did not work, and no hot water. For another ten bucks I could have gone to Holiday Inn.

“The place a note by your bed that reads "If smoking occurs during your stay a $350.00 cleaning fee will be added to your account". I asked the front desk about this, I was told that house keeping checks this and if they smell smoke they tell the front desk and you get the bill. I asked when does housekeeping do this, sometime in the morning. What if I am already gone down the interstate when housekeeping arrives, the clerk could not tell me the answer. Also, no hot water when I went to shower in the morning.”
