• The hotel was very quiet. The staff was incredibly friendly.
• Our sleep number bed did not work.

“The hotel was very charming. It was very slow the night we stayed, but the staff still smiled and waved to us and was very helpful. Jazz music played in the atrium 24 hours, which was cool, but almost gave the hotel a "Shining" feel as we were at times the only guests in the atrium.”

• The service was wonderful they called 10 min after we arrived to make sure everything was ok.
• Having to pay for parking.

“This hotel has great views and located next to the casino and Downtown plenty of things to do. The steaks at the Chop House Restaurant were fabulous. It was a wonderful time.”

• It was very clean, comfortable, and much nicer then we anticipated!
• I did not like the sleep number beds or that you had to pay for parking, the movies to rent were almost $15 too.

“It's a very nice hotel, very clean, and the hotel has lots of real plants and trees growing in the middle that you view from your room, as well as a waterfall. The elevators are glass so you can see this view as you're going to your room too. It was very quiet, the pool and whirlpool were clean and nice too. Overall I give it 5 stars, it was a very romantic room and we were very happy with our stay!”

“Charging for high speed internet, having to change rooms do to drain problems, a coffee maker which did not work and an empty Kleenex box in the bathroom... certainly does not bode well for the Radisson.”

• Beautiful atrium, rooms are well insulated-don't hear next door neighbor at all.
• Need a non-smoking lounge.

“We enjoy staying at this hotel. Very comfortable. Nice workout room. The pizzas at the Chop House are awesome and cheap. Love the views from the River side of the hotel.”

“The coffee maker wasn't cleaned, the exhaust fan in the room did not work and it was on the wall, with large openings, it reminded me of someone hiding a video camera in it, so I covered it.”

• Cleanliness, very well maintained hotel and easy access.
• No breakfast included in total price--continental breakfast should be option.

• The sleep number bed and numerous pillows were excellent!
• Our key had issues, sometimes it worked, and sometimes it didnt.

“Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here. The room was very comfortable and the bed was absolutely wonderful. The only problem we had was our room key. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didnt. That got very frustrating as we were locked out of a side entrance and had to go all the way around the building. Would recommend staying here.”

• I sent my in-laws. They could not stop talking about the great time that they had.
• They told me that parking was some what troublesome.

“Again this stay was a gift for my in-laws. They had the best time ever.”

• Great customer service. Nice lobby. Easy parking.
• Bar/restaurant closed too early. Parking costs extra. Gym too small.

“The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The gym was small with only one elliptical machine. The bar and restaurant closed much too early (10pm) so late meals or dessert and/or cocktails are not an option.”

• Lobby had wonderful ambiance, sleep number bed +.

“The hotel is spotless, the staff is helpful. Sleep number beds are comfortable. The lobby has a fountain, baby grand piano and a nice lounge. The pool and spa are nice. The river center and Adler theatre are accessible through the skywalks and one of the gambling boats is less than a block.”

• Great location.
• Staff failed to take action on my report of plugged toilet until 3rd notification.

“Nice room, great location front desk verbally placed blame on me for failing to notify the "correct" people about toilet problems. Not repaired for more than 8 hours.”

• Absolutely welcoming staff, very friendly and warm.
• Can't think of anything!

“Wonderful place to stay - parking did cost $5 extra but was worth it. The staff was super friendly and warm and gracious. They have the beds that you can adjust for hardness/softness, that was a wonderful feature.”
