• Very clean, pet friendly, nice pillows, clean comfortable bed.
• Location, was very far out of the way.

• It was clean and convenient. Out of the bustle of the city.
• The breakfast hours were to short.

“This was a great hotel for what we needed to do. It was nice to have a suite that was supplied with some of the essentials i.e. dishes. We enjoyed our stay while visiting St. John's University.”

• Beds were really comfy.
• 10:00 all hot water gone, I got a cold shower!

“If there would have been hot water for our showers it would have been a great stay. We left on a not so good note.”

• It was right off of the interstate and we were just passing through so it was perfect for us.
• The pool was under maintenance.

• Very clean and quiet with a nice pool area for kids.
• No nice restaurants close by.

“We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean and the continental breakfast selection was great.”

• Very clean, accommodating, friendly & helpful staff.
• Not very sound-proof, especially if you're near the elevator.

“We were pleasantly surprised at the neatness of the hotel and the rooms, the friendly staff, and the amenities available at this hotel. Nice pool & rec. Area, great breakfast, and free wireless internet. We were traveling with a 5-year old so it made our short stay especially nice. We would definitely stay again.”

• Our room was not ready at check in and we had to wait.

• Wireless internet did not work as stated in hotel website.

“Easy on off from I94 for access to many locations. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Wireless internet does not work if you are not in the new section of hotel.”
