• I was surprised by the size of the hotel room for the price we paid. Expecting it to be far from our final tour spot, but it was only 10 minutes away.

“This hotel was very convenient, we were able to pull our car right up to the side door and walk up side stairs to our room without having to walk through the lobby. The room was very clean and larger than I anticipated for the price I paid.”

• It was open.
• No wifi as stated, dark, un kept etc.

“This was by far the worst hotel ever, the pool hasn't been used in years, video games from the early 80's. Dark hallways. Unkept inside and out, weeds garbage. Looks like some rooms haven't been used in years. as I was walking to vending machine in the dark hallways I was waiting for a kid to ride by on a big wheel shouting red rum. It was worth half of what I paid and even then thats paying a lot. No WIFI as, nothing.”

• Nothing.
• Room was way too small, sink in bathroom clogged and none would fix it.

“This hotel would be best for a business traveler that is only in town for a night, or perhaps for someone catching a flight in the morning since it is close to the airport. It is definitely not a family oriented hotel.”

• Sheets had not been changed since previous occupant.

“Very disappointed! I enjoy Microtel's but this was my worst experience by far. They did not change the sheet from the previous occupant and that person had terrible! I will not stay at this hotel again”

• Great breakfast.
• Assistant manager.

“3 stars. Assistant manager was annoying and provocative, don't take kids there, you'll regret it. The other assistant manager was intelligent and friendly. Personalities sure make a difference in hospitality.”

• Cheap, clean, and very comfortable.
• Loud bathroom fan.

“All I needed was a nice clean place to stay for a night that was not too expensive. The room was small, but comfortable and well organized. The bed was more comfortable than my own. Everything was clean. I was next to the front lobby area, but it was very quiet in my room. The heater worked quietly all night. I had a nice hot shower in the morning. My only complaint would be the loud but useless exhaust fan in the bathroom. Check out was fast and friendly.”

• No hair dryers in the room.

“It was an easy room to stay in (aside from having to borrow a hair dryer). The staff was courteous and knowledgeable about the area. The room was clean and efficient.”

• Clean, neat, comfortable, smelled good, nice furnishings.
• I didn't get a receipt.

“We have stayed in Microtels several times and have always thought they are the best low cost motels. I wish they were in more states as we are traveling the country.”

• The hotel staff was very helpful and willing to serve us
• The fan in the room sounded like a elephant when it come on.

“I really enjoyed staying there. I have already told my best friend & her husband about the hotel and told them to stay in one of the chains on their next vacation.”

• Very good workers.
• Rooms were ridiculously small. I could lie in bed and lean my arm on the windowsill.

“Seems like a great price if you are strictly paying for the friendly smiles. The rooms are incredibly tiny. I have never seen such a small room. The mirrors in the room also gave it an awkward porno feeling.”

• The hotel staff was superb!
• The hotel did not have a swimming pool.

“When I arrived in the hotel, I found out that I was further from my destination than I thought I was. Staff member went above and beyond his duties to ensure that I found a ride to my destination, got my rental car, and had accurate driving directions. I would recommend this hotel again, just because he did such an excellent job. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I was pleased with the overall experience.”

• Location was excellent.
• Total foul-up with my reservation. Ended up in smoking room.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We got to the hotel late - about 10:45pm, and one person at the front desk was dealing with about 4 people who, like me, had to settle for a different room than what they reserved due to "computer glitch". We ended up in a smoking room rather than non-smoking. We were offered a 6.00 discount for the inconvenience, but felt the hotel could have done more to meet our expectations.”
