• We love the sleep number beds, location, happy hour, free hotdogs, patio area, easy check in/out, parking.
• The parkade should undergo a thorough cleaning.

• Convenient location, free parking.
• Sleep number bed is a cruel joke. It will keep me away from Radisson.

“This hotel is infested with spiders! They are hanging on every window, in the bathtub. An old hotel badly in need of a re-fit/update. Service is very slow at the restaurant (we left without being served after 1/2 hour). The sleep number bed will keep us from staying at Radisson in the future - it is loud and uncomfortable. This hotel has the world's loudest toilets! Spend ate extra $20.00 and stay somewhere nice.”

• The detail in the rooms is not comparable to the common space. The rooms need updating.

• The bar had a loose atmosphere.
• A fire station nearby had created some noise when responding to a call.

“It is a very pleasant hotel if you get a room away from the fire station which may bother me more than others because it is one of very few that have windows you can open and I slept with the window open.”

• Close to Downtown and the access to the water. Enjoyed the moving restaurant and the view.
• The bathroom in our room was a bit too small.

• Staffing was friendly.
• Shower was bad! Didn't like the air mattresses. Room was noisy from outside.

“The hotel is an old classic, fine location. But could hear outside noises, close to firehouse. Our room didn't have nice view, and shower was very poor. We did not have a well rested stay as we hoped. We never used a sleep mattress, and did not care for them since we did not have a sleep number.”

• Landmark hotel right on main entertainment strip.
• Starting to show its age.

“Nice older hotel in downtown area. Convenient covered parking. Short walk to dining and entertainment areas.”

• The beds were very comfortable. The room was impeccable.
• The pool was crowded, but clean.

“The hotel is centrally located with free parking, and all amenities, including coffee pot in the room, pool, hot tub, work out facility, tourist information. I was very pleased.”

• Easy access to Downtown and freeway.
• Poor signage, but understandable because of surrounding buildings.

“Very comfortable rooms, the beds are very comfortable, room was adequate and I was impressed that the hotel was pet friendly, although I was not traveling with a pet.”

• The sleep number beds were amazing! We would actually book this hotel again just to sleep in those beds.
• It's wasn't very clean in some places, the pool area needed some TLC big time; lights, floors & windows were dirty, But our kids didn't notice.

“Great sleep number beds! Awesome views, especially from top floor, revolving restaurant (pricey food, grumpy waiter). Great location, easy to get to and free parking was a breeze. Hotel staff was friendly. The hotel is old and needs updating in many areas, but overall it's comfy and safe. We'd stay there again.”

• The room service was quick and the pillows were ok, that's about it.
• This was not a 3 or 4 star hotel by any stretch. It is old with thin walls.

“This was not a great hotel, not even a good hotel. It was merely an ok hotel. The room was not very good -- the bed wasn't very comfortable. The walls were thin, you could hear TVs in the other rooms. The room service was ok and the staff was nice enough.”

• Lobby could be brightened up & updated i.e. large floral arrangement, floor lamps.

“Thoroughly impressed with the clean, bright room, the European type bed setting, the sleep number beds, large fluffy towels. I will certainly stay at the Radisson again on my next shopping adventure.”

• The rooms were very spacious and they had sleep number beds.
• Bathrooms a bit small & shower water pressure not great.

“Excellent hotel in a great location. Spacious and clean rooms with sleep number beds. Bathrooms are a little small and the shower water pressure was low but the room and the hotel in general made up for that big time!”

• AC unit was ancient, horribly loud and in need of repair or replacement.

• Great location and staff was very helpful and friendly.
• Adult programming accessible to all on regular channels.

“The hotel itself was very nice, in a great location and had a big pool with a hot tub and sauna which is hard to find these days. The Sleep Number beds were fantastic!!! My only complaint was that while I was scrolling through the regular channels at 11:00 on Friday night, I came across outright porn on the HBO channel, totally accessible on the regular channels to everyone, including children. Thankfully, mine weren't there, but when I spoke to the manager he admitted this is a problem but that the company "had to take that channel". I suggested that at the very least there should be in-room signs warning people/parents about it. It definitely makes me rethink staying there again even though I loved the hotel.”
