• Staff was outstanding!
• Hot tub was freezing for first night; however, they fixed it for next nights.

“Very clean. Staff was always smiling and friendly. The hot tub was freezing the first night, but the staff was notified and had it fixed and running like a champ the next four nights we were there. If you don't mind driving a bit for Seaworld, Balboa park, Zoo, etc. The location is fine. We were at a class at San Diego state university, and the location was great. Two good restaurants on either side of the hotel. Free breakfast at hotel was fine for us, light, but kids loved it.”

• The complimentary breakfast was great we were on vacation and didn't have to worry about that meal.

“It was great for what we needed. We have a small child(4) and a teenager(16) the free wi-fi the pool and the complimentary breakfast was a lifesaver. We could have breakfast then go about our day.”

“Staff was pleasant; had problems with
AC the first day. Second day they replaced the unit. It was a clean place, but I wish it were closer (walking distance) to shopping, restaurants and other things.”
