• The desk person was very pleasant and helpful. I liked the idea that our dog could stay at this hotel.
• Location of the hotel.

“The hotel itself was very pleasant, the room was more than adequate. The policy of paying $20 per night for our pet was a little steep.”

• Cleanliness, friendly, breakfast, pool area/common area.
• The toilet did not flush the 2 nights we stayed and the phone did not connect to the service desk and it was rather far from Disney.

“It was very clean,nice pool area,honest and friendly personnel who saved a new book we left behind,nice continental breakfast. The only inconvenience was that the toilet got stuck for the 2 nights we stayed and the phone was not working properly since I could not get in touch with the front desk. For us it was rather far from Disney but if we were to go to the other parks we would stay there, since accidents and malfunctions happen.”

• Included breakfast exceeded expectations. Clean, friendly and very affordable.

“I wasn't expecting very much, but the hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and there was a nice pool and workout room. The breakfast was far better than I expected as well. Fantastic value.”

• The super 8 across the street was significantly and unexpectedly nicer inside.

• The hotel was clean, easy to find, conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and very courteous.
• No elevator.

• The pool was very nice and had great surroundings.
• I thought there would be a fridge in the room because there was one when we stayed in Hillsview, Virginia.

“This hotel was very nice. I just started staying in Quality Inns and have come to realize that they have very nice rooms. The pool was great. I kinda of wish they had a hot tub in addtion to the pool though. Overall, it was a great experience.”
