• I liked the location and that it is not a huge hotel with tons of people.
• I did not like the fact that the rooms did not have a mini-fridge, and that it took a long time to get extra towels.

“The location of the hotel is great because it is so close to International Drive and Universal Studios. The hotel itself is not very big so it is a quiet place to stay for a few nights. However, the beds were not very comfortable and none of the rooms have a mini-fridge.”

• Sheets had fresh blood stain right in the middle.

“As we got into bed after a long day at Universal, I noticed there was a huge, still wet blood spot, about the size of a grapefruit. My boyfriend went to the desk and they gave him extra sheets, my kids were in the next bed so we couldn't switch beds but it made me sick to think they could've laid in that bed and not noticed. I was disgusted, couldn't sleep- will not go back!”

• The continental breakfast that was available.
• Room did not seem clean or smell clean. Had an odor.

“Hotel seemed very outdated. No exhaust fan in bathroom for clearing out steam after a shower was taken, so other family members could use mirror. Sink and shower had a problem draining. Pillows on bed paper thin. Room had an uncleaned odor to it. Big gap in door that you could see out in the hallway and see light coming in through door (not real secure or private).”

• Very friendly staff and conveniently located to universal studios.
• Could only get 2 queen beds vs. 1 king bed with the microwave/fridge rooms.

“Enjoyed our two day stay. Would stay here again, most likely some time in the near future.”

• Very good breakfast, very quiet place, near everything.
• Air conditioner and facets needs improvement.

“It was not easy to find the place, but after one day we noticed that it was near by everything and easy to move from that place to another.”

• They let us go to hotel next door for ice. Their machine never was working.
• We could not get towels or wash cloths for 4 people. The breakfast was slim Pickens!

“Not sure the pool was safe to be in. The only beds they have are full beds, but they insist they are queen size. One of staff said he knows they are only full size beds, but no one has complained before. We had four nights booked and my daughter and two grandchildren were here from Indiana so I didn't want to look for another hotel since they had tickets to parks. Some of staff was very nice.”

• Cleanliness, nice breakfast, but weekdays and weekend are different. The breakfast in weekend is better!
• They don't have refrigerator in the room. I suggest they can provide microwave in public lobby. It will be good.

• The lobby was clean and neat.
• The pillows on the beds were to low and the bathroom needs remodeling, tub not to clean.

“They did not have the room we had paid for available and wanted us to stay in a smoking room. Only after an hour ordeal was I given another room on the first floor where you can hear everything!!! We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We had a horrible experience with this hotel. Never again.”

• The hotel was very convenient to the location I was visiting, it is also very close to many attractions.
• Noisy guests near our room.

• Price and location.
• Request for non smoking, but room had previous smokers.

“Hotel is okay for the price, but not recommended for cleanliness. Also, some of the rooms have been converted to non smoking, but it is evident they were previously smoking rooms. Nothing particularly good about the hotel and its cleanliness was shaky.”

• Lack of personality everyone just DULL except lady who made breakfast.

“Great for the money and especially its location. It was an OK stay, but I prefer to stay where people are more friendly. Not that they were rude, but they lacked the hospitality part of it.”

• Convenient to shopping, nice breakfast, 2 queen beds! (others have full size only) , a fridge & microwave for the same price.
• coffee maker, cups, sugar inside the bathroom

• Rooms were clean, toilet not, we were just sleeping so it was ok for that.
• We had late arrival, 11:45 pm. No one at desk, front door was locked, rang bell 5 times, desk clerk never apologized, keys didn't work.

“Ok for a sleeping room, but wouldn't stay at great length of time. Rude desk clerk.”

• location is close to Universal.
• The breakfast buffet was weak.

“It was fine for what we needed which was just a place to sleep and we wanted it close to Universal Studio's. The queen beds was one reason we chose this hotel, since there was four of us. Most other hotels have double beds. ”

• No ESPN, dangerously loud fan, shower, and air conditioner. no wireless.

“No ESPN, old room that smelled with horribly loud bathroom fan, loud and horrible shower, and barely working air conditioner. They ran out of towels on my last day, giving me 4 hand towels instead. Clerk gave wrong directions, getting me lost. Breakfast was horrible, milk warm. Never again.”
