• Very close to attractions, and had a very good price for what's out there.
• One of the beds made us itch but the other one was good.

“This hotel is very decent for the price. Unlike other cheap hotels, the staff was nice, the rooms were clean, free internet, free parking, free breakfast! If you are in town for attractions and are rarely at the hotel, definitely stay here. There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel, only the breakfast area which has: cereal, toast, bagels with cream cheese, yogurt, muffins, waffle maker, little sausages and eggs, fruits, coffee, juices, and milk (everything you'll need and be stuffed). Also free shuttle to universal studios.”

• We were very happy with the cleanliness of the hotel, and the free breakfast in the morning was more then we expected.
• The daytime staff was ok. I tried to call the front desk one night then went down and the man at the desk was ignoring the phone doing nothing.

“This hotel is very clean and quite efficient. If you don't plan to spend much time in the hotel it is a fine place to sleep just not a lot of amenities. It was far superior to many other hotels we have stayed in the same price range. We would stay again.”

• It was clean, close to public transportation, and walk to local stores.
• Shuttle bus service was limited to Universal Studios.

“This was a nice place to stay for the price. The pool was small. Ice machine wasn't working on two floors. Staff was very friendly. Discount tickets aren't available.”

• It was very clean & well maintained, comfortable room.
• Our room was near the stairwell & people using the stairwell allowed the door to slam shut at all hours.

“A very nice hotel that suited this couple. It was clean, had a helpful staff and was in an excellent location. If I could request a hotel when, I would ask for this one. I even enjoyed that it was short distance from international drive because there was less traffic noise and congestion. It was a wonderful experience all around and enhanced our Florida vacation!”

• Dirty.

“Room carpet was so dirty my socks turned black when walking on it. Hallways were hot and smelled like smoke all the time. Pull out bed had dirty sheet on check in and, no one came to clean them that night, and no one changed the sheet the next day. I had to sleep in a king bed with a co-worker because of it.”

• Good location.
• Smelled like smoke. Pull out bed with dirty sheet on first night there and not cleaned the next day either.

“Dirty elevators. Hallways smelled like smoke. Hallways were stuffy and stinky. Room carpet was so dirty my socks turned black when walking on it. Poor room cleaning daily.”

• The hotel was clean and close to my leisure destination.
• The beds were not comfortable, thin mattresses and too few pillows.

“This hotel is an excellent destination to experience the Universal theme parks. There is shuttle service to avoid costly parking at the park. However, the shuttle does not run continual which limits the effectiveness of this perk. All in all, this was an affordable option for planning a vacation for my family and I would recommend this hotel as acceptable accommodations for such.”

• Location to Orlando attractions was phenomenal.
• Towels smelled like people were smoking while folding them.

“Very nicely located. Rooms were comfortable and adequate. Hot breakfast bar was a great way to start the day. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. ”
