• Rooms cleaned every day. Fresh sheets/towels etc. Friendly staff.
• Hotel overshadows the pool from about 10 AM onwards.

“Overall nice hotel, rooms were clean and they do not charge a Resort Fee like other hotels in the area. Pool closed at 10:30 pm but staff did not mind me and my friends sitting by the pool with a few beers until the early hours of the morning! Would consider staying here again.”

• Each room has a beautiful lake view. Location can't be beat.
• Menus were pushed under our door on a daily basis by restaurant employees.

“I was pleasantly surprised by the appearance of the room. The pillows were plush and the sheets looked new. The room has a beautiful lake view. The quality of the hotel is way above a one star. There were only 2 negatives. The ice machine on our floor was out of ice also, it was annoying to have menus pushed under our door every day (sometimes twice a day). I would definitely stay there again.”

• Decent hotel with nice view. Wonderful swimming accommodations.
• Rooms should be checked prior to check-in to make sure everything is working properly.

• Good location if going to Universal or Disney.
• Entrance to hotel is clustered and hard to see when you first get there.

“Nice hotel. The continental breakfast was nothing to brag about. The room where breakfast is served is very small and get very crowded. Rooms are comfortable and kept clean. Nice view from room.”

• Breakfast pretty skimpy - no lo crab options.

“Hotel is in a convenient location to numerous activities on I-drive in Orlando. Easy access to main thoroughfares in Orlando area making Disney and other attractions easy to get to. Room was light, spacious and clean!”

• Breakfast was good, and the day we left.
• Room was a pit, hair on every towel, icebox stunk, leak in room above original room.

“I was extremely disappointed in the hotel stay on this trip. I travel often and have never stayed at a worse place and paid more for it. The room was not clean; towels had long hairs on each towel. The only thing good was the breakfast bar in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know.”

• The hotel location was great and we had a gorgeous view of the lake.
• There was a spider web inside the room and the sheets were a little torn inside.

“I enjoyed the location of the hotel being close to many attractions nearby. However, the hotel staff gave me a wrong key at the time of check-in which made me walk twice to get to my room, which was painful.”

• I loved the view but, you have to pay more.
• I expected a little more for the money I spent and not just a continental breakfast.

“I personally think they should change the breakfast to a full course where they have a much larger selection like the Hilton Marriot hotel.”

• Location to attractions/ I arrived rather early, I was allowed to check in early which was very convenient to me.
• No complaints.

• Great location.
• Staff was not as friendly as before.

“We have stayed at this hotel before and the staff was not as friendly as they have been before. The Concierge did not speak a lot of English and it took about 20 minutes for her to understand that I only needed directions to a restaurant. I was not pleased that there were people barbecuing in the parking lot and hanging out by the elevators.”

• The view of the lake.
• No balcony.

“It was very nice, actually better than I would have expected for a Ramada Inn. Very clean except for a rather large spider web in the corner.”

“The hotel is located very close to Universal. The view was magnificent; however for the money I expected more comfort and space. Oh, the shower is designed for people under 4 feet.”

• Cleanliness and breakfast.

“Too expensive for what is offered, although the staff were friendly. The breakfast was a catastrophe, the toasters did not work, room was too small for the amount of guests, had to wait in line for each item we needed for breakfast. The bathroom was infested with insects and the sheets were so worn and bad quality that they were transparent with nothing else underneath except the mattress which I did not dare look at.”
