• Very close to major highways and downtown Orlando area.
• There was a charge for everything, including local phone calls.

“The hotel entrance is ellegant. There seems to be an effort to be an upscale hotel, however, the staff is average at best when it comes to service. I was truly turned off by the indifference to their own mistakes. Furthermore, I had to pay a dollar for a local phone call.”

• Beautiful elegant decor.
• Nothing.

“This hotel was quiet even though it was right off the interstate. The decor was elegant and beautiful and the location was perfect for the football game my husband and I attended. We were more than happy with this Priceline.”

• Hall had a bad odor. Asked for spray to be used, I don't think they complied. Train went by too often and loud horn.

“Nice looking hotel with boutique style lobby. Restaurant not open late enough. Train was too close to hotel with loud blowing horn. Overall, clean room and nice location.
TV needs to be updated.”

• Accessible business center.
• Additional charges for parking. No free coffee. Small fuzzy TV.

“Not a good deal for the money. Additional parking charges, very small TV with bad picture. No complimentary coffee. Uncomfortable bed.”

• Poor noise reduction between rooms and cooling unit was not working properly.

• They have a Starbucks cafe in the lobby, but it was open 1 of 3 mornings I stayed.
• Attached parking rates are outrageous (14 dollars a night) not included in your hotel bill.

“I fount the facilities needing quite a bit more attention as to making them clean. Hallways and bathrooms smell. There is quite a bit of noise, especially since the train horn goes off several times at night (a railroad crossing one block over). One can hear the doors down the hall closing. Rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. There is high speed internet with very comfortable desk. The closet has a safe large enough to hold a full size laptop for safeguarding.”

• Ruth at the front desk would be an asset to any hotel.
• Valet parking attendants.

“Very clean and comfortable, family friendly,safe & secure. The valet staff was extremely rude not only to myself but to the other 5 people that booked separate room reservations. Just because I was not driving a Mercedes ar BMW doesn't mean that I should have been treated any different. What these people didn't know is that I own a chain of Corporate Cafe's and a Catering business. There was not one other car in the valet area and I told them I was picking up a guest and they told me I had to move. After I moved a gentleman in a BMW pulled up and said he had to go up to his room to pick something up and the valet guy told him just to stay where he was. This was totally uncalled for and I would never valet my car at that hotel. Overall I would stay there again.”

• Everyone was pleasant, decor was nice downstairs in lobby.
• It is obvious this hotel has some age on it and needs renovation. There was no mini bar/fridge, parking doesn't connect by floor to hotel and was 12.

“This obviously was a nice higher end hotel 15 or so years ago, but now it appears to show its age. The staff was excellent but the facility wasn't 3.5 star in my view. This is the second time I have experienced a hotel. Parking was an additional $12 per day.”

• Very nice staff, very nice room.
• Slight difficulty getting to the hotel (circled it a couple of times because I missed the turn).

“Great place to stay! We were on the 12th floor and had a gorgeous view of the sunrise the next morning! Very comfortable and relatively quiet room. The only noise we heard was from the door to the room next door. (There were apparently some teens on a trip and they were in the next room. They weren't careful with how hard they closed the door.) Other than that, it was a great night's rest!”

“The room was very clean, but I did not like that I had to pay for parking and I had to circle the hotel 3 times before I found the entrance, which was no small feat since downtown Orlando is very busy.”

• Super friendly staff updated rooms very modern treadmills and other basic workout equipment nice room great furniture decent view good location.
• TV small older did not fit with the room parking way over priced not much in the area.

“The hotel was very easy to find the name was on the top of the tall building and there was not another hotel on the block the exit took us right to the hotel lobby just followed the road around. The staff was very friendly even though it was late when we checked in. The lobby was very modern and inviting. There was a bar open it looked very laid back and approachable. The room was on a quite floor on the corner it overlooked the freeway and the lake a very nice view at night. The furniture was very pleasing and the bed was unexpectedly large and comfortable there was all so a large leather sofa very nice. The shower tub was spacious The bathroom was very nice and up to date. The pool was a roof top with a hot tub we did not get a chance to us them the hot tub was crowded and the pool was very cloudy from the weekend it was Sunday night. The work out room was very up to date. There were a handful of different machines they all had cable TV very nice touch. The only problem was the extra charge for parking very high. It did not seem necessary for the area or for paying guest.”
