• The A/C worked.
• Dirty floor, rude staff, a/c did not work in other room.

“There was a police stand off with criminals across the street. Besides the floor turning our feet black, and one of the two room the a/c did not work and the remote was missing. I'm not a neat freak but I was feeling creeped out by this hotel. Never again will I stay at a motel 8.”

“The Super 8 Orlando Airport had no wireless Internet service and the Ethernet connection blew up my associate's CPU in his PC. Without getting upset in any manner, the staff added insult to injury by demanding he check out.”

• Small room, missing TV remote, phone didn't work, beds small & uncomfortable.

• The coffee.
• The condition of the bathroom.

“The hotel had a box on the floor next to the dresser. It stuck out about 12 inches and was about 14 inches high. Coming from the bathroom at 2 a.m. I really hurt my toes when I ran into the box. Both toes were black when I woke up. Bathroom was disgusting. Hotel had a bad smell.”

• Inside, Outside, Noise, My door barely opened, the bathroom was gross.

“The first room that I was sent to was dirty with sheets on the floor, garbage, etc. The second room smelled horrible, and I it took two people to open the front door because it is warped down into the carpet. The air conditioner was not adjustable (broken). The shower and bathroom was filthy. Only half of the lights worked. I was very disappointed with this hotel.”

• Bullet holes in the doors. Ants and cockroaches.

“This motel was dirty from the lobby all the way to the rooms. The first room I received had a patch on the door and on the inside of the door were 3 bullet holes! The second room had ants in the bathroom area and was not clean. When I turned on the lights I saw cockroaches scurry everywhere. I am now trying to get a refund because I did not stay here!”

• Looks nice from the outside, and there was hot water when we took showers.
• The ants on the sink, the spider in the bed, the cigarette burns on the blanket, the lovely trash can just outside our door for 2 days to catch water.

“This place is not kid friendly at all. I'm not sure but I believe that this hotel is being used for the "stet walkers" that work on the corner after dark. Discussing!”

• Location-close to everything without the price.
• Parking was terrible because of construction.

“Great price considering location. Road construction made getting into traffic a little difficult. For the price I could not have asked for better. The breakfast was pretty good. We were not in our room accepting to sleep and recover so it was a great investment for the money. Not Hilton but a good place. They do have a pool behind the hotel so you know because we did not until the day we checked out :(.”
