• Location near Universal & cheap.
• Irresponsible manager.

“My boyfriend and I have gone there twice and its not a nice place or the cleanest but it is cheap and has a good location when going to universal we only need a place to sleep. Now last year we went and had not much problems with them. Until now they charged my boyfriend for the room a complete year later. They refuse to pay him back saying they never charged him last year even though we payed cash for it. And now he has three bank fees due to their error. They didn't even know how it happen until my boyfriend was on the phone with a representative and he heard us having a side conversation about us staying a year ago and then comes back on the phone and says that they are charging us from last year. They are thief and inconsiderate people who will not take responsibility for their errors. Oh and we can't even talk to a manager to resolve it. He had to e-mail him and the manager takes time to reply and has nothing to say towards resolving the issue. Now if you want to go to a place where you take the risk of them charging you for a room a year later and not taking the responsibility for their errors then go there. Otherwise pay a little more and stay at the Quinta inn or somewhere where they are responsible.”
