• The location.
• We needed to change rooms at 6:00 am, our shower did not work and the staff was not very apologetic.

• The convenience to the surrounding theme parks and eateries was fantastic.
• Needs some update with decor. Kind of old looking rooms.

“Hotel has that warm homey feeling and the price per night is very attractive. The staff was great and we never had to wait for any services needed for our rooms long. The schedules for shuttle services was provided at check in and there was a very friendly lobby assistant that could advice you of discounts for attractions near by.”

• The hotel was in a convenient location, close to everything.
• I did not enjoy staring up at mold on the ceiling of the room.

“The Hotel was nice on the outside the pool area was very pretty as well. I Did not have a comfortable stay because the colors in the rooms are outrageously bright and their was mold on the ceiling. The bed's were not very comfy. The bedspreads had stains on them which made my husband and I remove them. We tried accessing the Internet many times and every time we received any Internet access it was very poor.”

• The overall expierence. From having ants in the room too squeaky beds.

• The beds were quite clean and comfy.
• The paint is overall dark and dreary.

“The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The door locks were tricky but worked. It was a bit old and worn but could have been improved with bright paint and tiles. The resort fee was incomprehensible to what was a motel plain and simple. Still it was economically priced even with the fee.”

• Absolutely nothing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The hotel staff is EXTREMELY RUDE!
• The quality of customer service is seriously lacking. The room itself was very unclean.

“This is not a good place to stay. Not only is the safety of staying here a big issue, but also the hotel staff is extremely rude.”

• The hotel is located in a great location and the staff was excellent.
• There were roachs in my room; enough said.

“Good staff, great location and good pricing. But, I got a clean towel that had a large amount of hair on it, the door security lock was broken, the door frame looked as if someone had tried to break in at one time and it had bugs.”

• No coffee in room.

“I like to wakeup to a cup of coffee, and there was no coffee maker in the room and on the hotel restaurant only cash was accepted. Just a little unconvinced. Thanks.”

• The location was good that was about it.
• Terrible service, ice machine was broken, internet did not work.

“This hotel was just horrible. The front desk made zero attempt to get the ice machine fixed and it was a large facility in a very hot place. This meant I couldn't have a cold drink. The internet did not work either in my room but did if I went to the lobby which is terribly inconvenient and once again the staff of course couldn't do anything about it. To add insult in this matter, they charged us an extra 3.74 per day resort fee.”

• Nothing, terrible, never have stayed in a worse hotel.
• Had to call maintenance on both rooms.

• It was near Universal Studios.
• The room had a musty smell. The shuttle service was misleading.

“There were several problems with the hotel. The door didn't open properly. The safe didn't work properly. There wasn't an ironing board in the room. The "C" store (I assume stands for convenience) only accepted cash. The bar/lounge was being used for storage. The toilet didn't flush properly. The disposable cups had cracks in them. There was no coffee pot in the room. The remote control didn't work.”

• Location, beds, quiet, and non smoking.
• Did not have coffee maker or frig. No free continental breakfast.

“Lights did not work when we first arrived, but they did have a maintenance worker there promptly. Iron did not work properly. The hotel was quiet and adequate for our trip which was only a one night stay.”
