• Great location, very well lit at night time, friendly staff.
• Air conditioner was not the best.

“Great if you want to go to Sea world or Universal Studios for it's location. If you are just going to be sleeping in the room and not using the pool or anything else in the hotel, check this place out.”

• After our air conditioner froze they upgraded us and put us in another room.
• It was hard to find.

“They had trouble with out key cards when we arrived so maintenance had to let us into our room. The breakfast was good.”

• Convenient to Theme Parks.
• Staff could stand to be a little more people friendly.

“The rooms could stand a little sprucing up. The hair dryer didn't work and the desk staff could be just a little more friendly, but all-in-all no major complaints. The complimentary breakfast was good!”

• 3 pillows on each bed.
• 2 queen beds in room, 1 mattress not acceptable. not a problem since I travel alone.

“The night I stayed, the fire alarm went off at 1 am, had to get up and go to parking lot for 30-45 min. No hotel management there to explain things. Turned out, someone was smoking in their room. I had to get up at 5:30 to work.”

• It was clean and comfortable.
• There was no self-service laundry facilities.

“The Bay Mont Inn on Canada Avenue is a nice place to stay with basic amenities. We did not use the pool, but it looked clean. The public areas and the rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable. There was an iron and ironing board, as well as a hairdryer in the room. The room had a nice window seat, which the kids loved. The hotel is extremely close to Universal Studios and Wet & Wild. I would highly recommend it for someone traveling on a budget. The only thing that this hotel did not have that we really needed was self-service laundry. We ended up driving about 6 miles to a laundry mat to wash our clothes.”

• Location was great once we found it.
• Direction that were given about the Hwy exit was crazy.

• I felt inconvenienced by not having everything I needed in the room.

“Upon arriving our air was not working, we figured well it will get fixed by the evening, so we went on with our plans to visit the amusement park, but when we returned at 11 p.m. it was still not working. Needles to say that we ended up switching rooms at midnight with two little ones. This is not easy. Also they ran out of linen and we went without wash cloths and towels for at least 3 or 4 hours on the second night after room service had been there and made up the room. The ice machines were broken except one on the first floor we were on the third floor. Overall I was not pleased, I have stayed at many hotels around this one and had much greater experiences with them. I would not recommend this hotel. They really need to get it together.”

• Off the beaten track, yet convenient to my destination.
• No tooth brush as I forgot mine, and pop machine was broken.

• Location was good.
• Continental breakfast was very limited. Also no hairdryer or shampoo available without a call to desk.

“Location of the hotel was very good as it was on International drive (although a little hard to get to for our taxi driver). Limited continental breakfast and also limited room amenities (no hairdryer, shampoo or coffee in room.”

• The location was fantastic.
• We had to change rooms because our A/C did not work.

“The hotel was a good hotel for the price. However, We had to change rooms because our first room had a broken A/C, but other than that we enjoyed our weekend here. Free breakfast was also a plus.”

• Guest services very accommodating, adequate food choices on continental breakfast.
• No vending services.

“Perfect and safe location with access to all Orlando attractions. Accommodating guest services. Heater in room did not work so was moved to another room quickly and without question. Nice continental breakfast with adequate food selections. No vending services or restaurant but close to many dining choices. Great accommodations for the price.”

“No vending machine. No refrigerator or microwave unless you played $15 a night more. The roof leaked when it rained. The one ice machine on 3 floors and that one didn't work well. Meat only one day of the 4 days for breakfast.”

“The hotel staff was not friendly. I was robbed in the parking lot of Bay Mont Hotel. Police were called, etc. Management showed no concern or sympathy. Both hotels on either side have a security guard walking the parking lot; however, Bay Mont has no security. The side entrance which should lock; did not lock when the door was closed. Anyone could come inside. Area is near sand Lake blvd. looks like nice area, but police say it's not too good, not very safe.”

“The air conditioner leaked all over the floor. The windows do not shut out the noise from outside. People out side until 3:00 could hear every word told front desk no action taken. Never ever book me in that hotel again.”

• It was to my expectations.

“The motel was to my expectations! The only two things that went wrong is: 1st. The fire alarm went off at 12:30am or 1:00am and there was no announcement of what steps to take, lucky I work for a hospital and I directed people to take the stairs and not to panic, no one met us on the first floor, so I asked people to step out of the building till someone or the Fire Dept gave us the Okay. 2nd. (something that is out of your control) the weather turn wet for the week, so, we decided it would be best we head back to Miami, to be close to the airport, we left 4 days early.”

• Clearly very old. The room had a distinct musty odor.

“This is an old hotel in need of some TLC. It was not dirty, but lacked attention to detail. Not bad for one night, but I wouldn't want to be there for an extended stay.”
