“Great value for flying into/through Orlando. Great dinner house across the street (Brew House). If you like breakfast forget about the 'continental' offered at Hotel. Muffins/Coffee, poor sanitation practices. Overall a great value for the price/need (overnight). We flew in and on to Disney, Sea World etc. and found property in Orlando proper.”

“This is not a very well run hotel, I reserved rooms months in advance, and when I got there they put me in smoking rooms when I wanted no smoking. The hotel needs to fix some rooms before it tries to rent them out; I had to change rooms once because the first one was horrible.”

“Not convenient to Orlando airport and only offer shuttle service from 8am to 11pm for person. I requested a taxi cab to airport for 6:45am to make 8:05am flute. Desk clerk arranged and when the front desk called at 6:45am next morning they told me to come down to desk. I had heavy luggage and I asked to have "cab" pick me up at room. I waited and finally set off towards office with luggage and was met by man coming out of room behind office who said he was "my ride". He took my large suitcase and put in back of white pickup truck parked there and I asked if he was a licensed service and he said he was driver to take me to airport. I went to office and informed them I wanted a "licensed" taxi and I was not going to pay to an individual person with a pickup truck to take me to airport. They called me a "real" cab. It was there in 10 minutes and it only cost .65 to airport and my suitcase (which had gotten wet in back of truck)was dry in the taxi trunk and the driver was very courteous and professional. I tipped him and came out less than the (+ Tip) the motel tried to get out of me. Incidentally, the first driver was a member of the motel owner's family. Not a good experience for me.”

“We were woken-up by a person how was told to blow his horn. Story goes as such: The person that was blowing his horn got up to leave and found that he could not move from his parking spot because someone parked there car in front of his. He went to the management and was told by them to go back to his car and start blowing his horn until that person came from there room and moved there car. This went on for half an hour. Finally the person was found and moved the car. Management didn't say a word to the person. I'll never stay there again.”

“Room had a dirty funky smell to it. There were full garbage bags strewn all around our room door entrance. Shady looking characters who apparently live on the hotel premises were hanging around making it very uncomfortable to stay there with our teenage daughter. We didn't even stay for one night. We left and checked into a Holiday Inn for $45/night as walk-in guests. ”

“The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. People walking by your room at all times of the day. Dirty and run down hotel that was recently sold to the Radisson group. Prostitutes walking the side walks in front of the hotel. WHY would anyone wish to stay here.”

“The hotel did not provide a shuttle from the airport, which cost me $30.00 additional expense. The hotel was not on the airport grounds as advertised. The desk personnel consisted of one worker who was on the phone when I walked in and then I was not acknowledged until 5 minutes of waiting, then waited another 5 minutes to be helped when the phone conversation ended. The pool was nice. The room was clean. When I went to use the phone, I couldn't make an outgoing call until I went to the front desk and put a $10.00 deposit down. They charged $.50 per local call. No hair dryer in room but they did have an iron with board and free shampoo and soap in room. They had a skimpy selection for a free breakfast. The hotel sits next to a gas station and shopping stores. The hotel sits off of a busy highway, noisy.”

“It was not only located in a dark seedy area, the room itself was filthy and the sheets were repulsive. After complaining, we were given another filthy room. We asked for clean sheets and were given sheets that were folded so the hotel representatives could leave before we discovered the new sheets were stained as well.”

“ I thought there was going to be a shoot out for the two nights we stayed there. I was woken up by men shouting and mentions of guns. It was not easy to fall back to sleep. My husband and I are used to staying on International Drive but got stuck with this hotel because of a very large convention in town.”

“The room on the first night had the name Mandy on the wall and a toilet that wouldn't flush. The reception on the TV was so bad that my son couldn't see or hear the cartoons. The next room wasn't any better because we found a sock under the bad. I wouldn't stay there again for over 30 dollars.”
