• Clean, perfect location, easy to find off the freeway, comfortable beds, great pool.
• None.

“Can't believe what a great hotel for the price. It was very quiet in a nice wooded area right off the freeway. We will definitely try to stay there next time through.”

• I was able to open the windows to freshen up the smoke smell in the room.

“This hotel had a strange room arrangement. Halls were tacky and not very clean.”

• Loved the pool/hot tub area. Plenty of room for all people that were using it when we were there.
• No vending machines on the floor we stayed on.

“This hotel is great for families. Has a wonderful pool area and great breakfast. They also have whirlpool and business suites available, so they are very accommodating to all travelers. We also appreciated the fridge and microwave that were in our room.”

• Friendly staff.
• Not as nice as its star rating.

“The star rating did not carry past the front lobby. I paid extra to up grade to a suite and was very disappointed in the room. The size was the only thing that qualified as a suite. There needs to be some up dating to the bedding, TV, and air conditioning.”

• The lobby is cozy and inviting.
• They still offer smoking rooms.

“The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well equipped. The breakfast was tasty, with good variety, and the room was arranged well. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing.”

• Very clean and very helpful and friendly.
• I found nothing that displeased me.

“The suite indication is a bit of a misnomer. The room was comfortable and nice but it was not a suite. Other than that I found nothing negative and would recommend the hotel to others without any hesitation.”

• The indoor pool is big and warm. Also the hot tub. They have a nice big breakfast to offer.
• The rooms weren't very big.

“They said we had used a water bottle in the room when we hadn't touched them. After 3 calls, they finally removed the charge but still didn't believe us.”

• The exercise room was nice and the continental breakfast was very good.
• Someone above me kept walking back and forth half of the night, so the sound proof wasn't good.

“This is a great place for business travelers as well as families. Great free breakfast and nice exercise room. Close to several restaurants as well.”

• It was convenient for shopping and restaurants.
• My room was located across from an entrance, so I heard people coming in and out all night and early morning.

• The size of the king study was more than adequate.
• Nothing!

“This hotel has an excellent location with proximity to several restaurants and shopping areas. The staff was friendly and remembered us from previous stays at the hotel. Even though I arrive late, I had no problem checking in. This hotel is quiet. My room was located across from the breakfast room, yet I did not hear any noise until I opened my door.”

• The pool and hot tub were beautiful and large to accommodate many people.
• The beautiful fireplace was not lit.

“This hotel is a beautiful place. From the moment you enter, you see the wonderful fireplace, you are offered a fresh cookie, and you are greeted very warmly. There is a great little store in the lobby where you can pick up something you forgot or buy a snack, even Blue Bunny ice cream. The rooms are very spacious and wonderfully decorated with more than the basic furnishings. The breakfast is worth getting up for. There are many choices, both hot and cold, to satisfy an taste or diet. I would definitely stay here again!”

• Excellent complimentary breakfast. Extremely helpful staff on the night shift. He was very accomodating.
• Wanted non-smoking room. On arrival, had smoking and no equivalent in it's place. However, after viewing room, found it clean not smelling of smoke.
