“Room was clean, beds were hard. Hotel was supposed to serve breakfast, and did not they had the guest go over to another hotel in the freezing weather each morning. The location was great, location center around Moline Airport and the ease of interstate access is fantastic.”

“Very clean. Easy location. We did have a fire alarm that was a false alarm but it would have easily woke us at nighttime if it had been at night versus the mid-afternoon that it happened.”

“The staff was very friendly and was close to airport is the only good qualities. No coffee in the rooms and thermostats in room wouldn't work; one room very cold and other was very warm. The hallway carpets stunk of mold and mildew and the carpet was squishy wet when you walked on it!”

“I was very excited to have the hotel in that location. Very close to family and friends. Knowing that I was going to be there for 3 days. But when I called to inquire about being able to stay in a non-smoking room with 2 double beds the Front Desk Clerk was very rude on the phone. During my stay the hotel phone lines were not working and we were not able to reach the front desk for any service, wake up calls or making local calls. (It did rain very hard there with some flooding near by.) The hallway out side of my room was filled with water that had seeped into the carpet. When you first open the door to the hotel from the outside door (entrance C) a strong smell of mold overcome me. It is apparent that they have had water drain into the hallway before. Underneath the air-conditioning unit outside of my room (1054) in the carpeted hallway there was visual mold. The next encounter that I had with the front desk clerk was my key card was not working. So instead of apologizing, she said every thing she could to make me feel like it was user error. Instead of just checking the card and saying sorry. The back of the card did have a scratch in the swipe part and that may have been the cause, but she just wanted me to feel like I was not too bright. Then the third night of my stay (Thursday 07/05) my daughter was feeling sick and vomited in her bed. (she is only 8) I needed new sheet's I used my cell phone to call over to the Holiday Inn that was next door and asked if they could radio the front desk as the Holiday Inn express so they could bring me some sheets. She stated that she would have their maintenance man bring them over. After one hour I was till waiting. (now it is 12:40 am) So again I called and asked them to help me. After another half hour (now 1:15am) the on site police officer had brought them. Since I was leaving on Friday 07/06 I was not able to get a full night.”

“The smell of mildew, the stained bathtub, the hallway carpets wet and stinky from the leaking air conditioning units, the dirty carpets in the room, and the noisy air conditioner in the room really soured our experience. I would not stay in that hotel again.”

“There was a little trouble checking in, but it was taken care of fast and friendly. The breakfast was awesome and early as was the airport shuttle. They saved me a lot of money by letting me leave my car there rather than paying or parking at the airport.”

“I made my request for 2 people, non smoking room. I arrived at the hotel and they had us in a 1 bed, smoking room. I was told I would have to pay more for a 2 bed room. The counter agent didn't realize I had prepaid through it so she was about to charge my credit card again. The hallway to the room smelled. The switch to the thermostat was broken. The room was hot and when we tried to turn on the air, we came back to an extremely warm room and could not get the heat to shut off.”
