• Proximity to the airport.
• Television was on the way out.

“It was fine for an overnight before a flight. It's proximity to the airport was its greatest asset, although there was nothing to particularly dislike about it. Our bed had a night table and lamp on only one side and our television was on the fritz, but the staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was excellent.”

• Good truck parking, restaurant, and free b-fast, free wifi.
• Nothing.

“Clean, friendly staff, convenient parking and access to freeway and restaurants. The hotel restaurant was good, plus free breakfast was better than most hotels. Free wifi a plus.”

• Free breakfast.
• Some rooms are remodeled, some are not.

“This time, the front desk clerk put me into one of the newly remodeled rooms. Wow, definitely worth it if you can get them. Either way well worth the money. The free breakfast and wireless internet closes the deal. Highly recommended for the no-frills business traveler.”

• Morning breakfast nice but fairly bland and salty. Needs more fruit choices.
• Internet very weird, keep dropping very poor for VIP.

• Breakfast was some how better than other hotels that offer free breakfast.
• The fact that it did not feel remodeled.

“Hotel is conveniently located by the airport and it is very easy to find. People at the front desk were helpful (I did not like that some did not wear dress up clothes or perhaps uniform). The free breakfast was unexpected and very convenient. Rooms were clean and good size. I believe it needs some updated, towels, beds and heaters.”

• Average deal for an average room. The plus is a breakfast buffet!
• The room I was in has drainage problems.

“Comfortable room at a fair price. Pretty good breakfast buffet included. I'll definitely stay here again.”

• Nothing.

“Very clean, very comfortable, computer room was excellent, staff were responsive, bed was comfortable, shower was great, coffee was standard coffee. Staff went out of their way to help me use the computer facility. We had two rooms and staff made sure our two rooms were connected. It was great!”

• The free shuttle to and from the hotel was convenient.
• There is only one bus that travels to and from downtown which takes almost 50 minute.

“The hotel is too far from downtown to really be enjoyed. Just factory roof tops and parking lots. The best thing to do is rent a car at the airport and don't rely on the bus system in the area. Which is unreliable most times and can get pretty expensive if you do not pay a day or week pass?”

• Very few restaurants close and restaurant closed in evening.

“The only thing that could be improved on is offering late meals for travelers as there are no restaurants within walking distance other than a Mac Donalds.”

• Dirty carpets small rooms.

“I would not stay there again. The rooms had a bad smell and the carpets were very dirty. The dirt was on the bottom of my feet and the food was not what one would want for fine dining. I was very disappointed in the room.”

• Not customer orientated.

“I waited one and a half hours for the transportation from the airport despite repeated statements on the phone that the shuttle was on the way. The shuttle was 25 minutes late returning to the airport. That, alone, discounted anything good I might say about the hotel.”

“Although the hotel is just north of SFO, it was very quiet. Clean and quiet are important. The king size bed could've been a little more comfortable. Too hard.”

“Full breakfast was great although sounds like they are doing away with it. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Hotel needs renovated or updated unlike their website says it has been a while.”
