• Nothing.
• Rude employees.

“Not good, maid service does not respect privacy signs that hang on the doorknob. 2 times during the stay, a maid came in our room at 7:30 am. Woke my kids up! Jacuzzi was not working. Bathrooms were not clean. No clean towels were left after maid service, but they took the dirty ones, so no towels at all, we had to go get very small towels from the pool. The hotel charged our credit card a $50.00 pet fee. We do not own a pet! Overall, a very bad experience!”

• The breakfast was excellent. Need more tables, crowded.

“The bedroom with the Jacuzzi in it was really attractive and relaxing. Toilet and shower were in separate adjoining room. Liked the bed linens with the bedspread. Fridge and microwave very helpful. Bath linens were generous.”

• The breakfast was very nice.
• This hotel is old, dirty and does not honor it's commitment to quality.

“What a poor excuse for a hotel. The hotel placed our family of four, my wife, my mother, my 4-year old son and I, into a room with one King-sized bed. When I explained the situation to them, they were unconcerned with our situation. I ended up purchasing another room at double the cost of my first room, which was exactly the same type of room. The next morning I attempted to get my money back on the second room.”

“About what I would expect from a hotel in this range. Comfortable, not fancy. Could use some attention to detail- shower rod damaged, ceiling repaired but not repainted. Friendly staff.”

• I like that the hotel actually looks like an apartment building.
• They ran out of food at the free breakfast offer.

“This is hotel is great. The location is fabulous being close to the freeway however you can barely hear the traffic whizzing by. The complex is most likely a converted old apartment building which is really a plus as it is really has a relaxing ambience. The room I had was exceptionally clean and huge. The bed is perfect neither too soft nor hard. Really the only complaint I have is the free breakfast in the morning. They ran out of food when I came down one hour prior to closing. They offered to cook some more but just didn't have time to wait. They should have anticipated the crowd as it was the weekend. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone.”

• Not located on a busy freeway with great water pressure.
• Called ahead and requested two beds that did not happen, non-smoking room smelled like an ash tray, requested new room. did not happen.

“The hotel appeared clean. Asking for a clean room was a hassle. Bed was sagging and caused back pain. Feather pillows were awful. The kids slept on the floor instead. Not enough seating area in the breakfast room.”

• No overnight staff to control the parties that were going on.

“The hotel was nice until the night time, there were kids banging on doors, yelling for their parents who were drinking and yelling and had the stereo full blast which woke up my 6 yr old daughter and 1 yr old son. Horrible hotel management. Never would I want to stay there again due to no control of the noise at night.”

• The room was large. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great.
• Room was a non-smoking room, but smelled of smoke.

“This is an excellent hotel with a spa tub in the room. The bed was comfortable and the express breakfast provided everything one would want. And the coffee was excellent too.”

• It was conveniently located directly off the highway exit.
• I didn't like the fact that the facility was outdoors and bared in with gates. All rooms were located outdoors instead of encapsulated.

“This hotel was very nice, there was comfortable bedding. Luxurious furnishings and complimentary breakfast. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel but, I would not recommend it to those who are seeking luxury style amenities, this hotel is for the quick traveler.”

• The girl that allowed me to check in after being denied by another guy.
• The smell of the room. It smelled like sweaty feet!

• The staff had the air conditioning on when we arrived so the room was cool.
• The pool was closed.

“Overall, the hotel was very nice. I would like to stay there again when the need arises. It was quiet and peaceful. One problem was that the smoking areas with outside ash trays were right beside no-smoking room air conditioners so the smell came into the room.”

• After a "stressful" checking-in, everything else worked out very well.
• Associate refused to accept our confirmation for April 3.
