• Clean, spaciousand , quiet.
• Nothing.

“The staff was excellent. I asked for a handicap room at the last minute and they made one available right away. The room was exactly what we needed. Spacious, clean. I will highly recommend it to anyone.”

• My son headed right for the computer! I liked the fresh hot breakfast.
• Jacuzzi not hot enough that night.

“They have a welcoming front drive and large comfortable lobby, with fresh fruit and coffee. The rooms had crisp clean sheets and lots of pillows. There was a full hot or cold breakfast, plenty of fruit, yogurt, and breads. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and well kept.”

• First night room was spacious and beautiful.
• Beds were not the softest/comfortable.

“Beautiful and welcoming. Convenient and the staff at front desk extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Maid service a little spotty, but very clean room and bath. Nice touch of nice bath items of liquid bath soap, shower cap, etc. Also very helpful if forget anything - I would definitely stay there again!”

• Clean, well organized, polite, efficient staff. Decent, well-stocked complimentary breakfast.

“Hotel was clean and organized. Staff was polite and efficient. Pool looked nice even though we didn't have a chance to use it. Location was very easy to find. Complimentary breakfast was well-stocked and offered hot and cold items (sausage, eggs, gravy, biscuits, yogurt, bagels, juice, fruit, peanut butter, honey, milk, cereal, etc.). Overall good experience.”

• Location. Quiet.

“Not as friendly as other Holiday Inns I have stayed at. No apples upon arrival, or anything special. The front desk button did not work on our phone so every time we needed something (3 times). I had to walk downstairs and get it, roll away, sun block, tooth brush. Also I thought sun block would be a free thing but it cost $2.”

• Nice linens & pillows, both firm & soft that was available for sale if you wanted to purchase some.
• Spa had too much chlorine in it.

“Good location in Sebastopol - lovely drive to ocean, wineries, small town shopping. If you're into breakfast - great conventional breakfast in large room with TV., tables, computer. Nice fireplace in main lobby with coffee & tea. Good place to stay if you'll be in the area for a while - suites seem very adequate. Not much to see out any of the windows - more buildings, parking, etc. but room is comfortable and fairly spacious.”

• I loved their breakfast and spacious rooms.
• There was only one attendant at the front desk and I had to wait both times I tried to get service for at least five minutes.

“I liked my experience at this hotel very much. I had stayed there numerous times and will stay there again. It is clean, quiet, roomy, comfortable, and has a great breakfast.”

• Everything was perfect.

“My stay at the holiday inn in Sebastopol was great, my children had a fantastic time they played in the hot tub, loved having breakfast the next day. We were only a hop skip and a jump to the ocean which was the reason for our trip. I would stay at the holiday inn any time and refer a friend for sure.”
