• Friendly and we even got a thank you note in mail from hotel!
• Neighbors smoked out on the balcony.

• I was near where I needed to be, person at check in was nice.
• Tired old hotel, converted from something else.

“Decent hotel that is great for a long trip and you need a break from the road. Clean rooms, nice employees, near Napa/Sonoma and not over priced.”

• Easy access to 101. Friendly and helpful staff.
• Kids hanging out in the fast food parking lots across the street at night.

“Located in the northern edge of Santa Rosa, this older motel is wedged between a mall, storage and fast food joints. The location is close to Hwy 101, is not overly loud, and has a pool tucked between its buildings. The room is comfortable but the lacks windows on the parking side which lends to an industrial feel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms and public areas are clean and neat.”

• The bed was comfortable and loves the sheets covering the blankets.
• The location was not ideal for us but it worked out.

“The room was very nice, clean, and quiet with comfortable mattresses. Would definitely stay again.”

• Clean, good beds, good continental breakfast. Quality was as expected at a Holiday Inn express.
• Wireless internet was unreliable.

“Easy access from US 101 and easy access to shopping and eating establishments make this a good overnight stop just short of San Francisco City.”

• Great breakfast bar and friendly elderly gentleman at check in.
• On our last visit 3 car windows were smashed, including ours and no offer for any type of compensation for next stay.

“It is in a great location and we have stayed many times, but after having our window smashed and two other cars smashed, the visit before, we were very leery to stay here again. if it had been my hotel, I would have at least offered a free room for the stressful time trying to find a glass place open on sat to fix before the rain and the stress of feeling so invaded. I had to request a hand vacuum to vacuum up the rest of the splinters after having glass replaced and finally they found a maintenance guy to do it. one of the room staff, took over and did a great job getting all the left over glass from the car. no letter or anything from management for the inconvenience and horrible weekend.”
