“I would Definitely stay there again if visiting the area. Have stayed at other hotels in the same city and was disappointed. Staff in restaurants and at front desk were very helpful and friendly.”

“Comfortable beds, the rooms were very well maintained. We were in a room that was adjoining to another room and I appreciated that they didn't put anyone next to us. Breakfast was a little bit costly but yummy.”

“This hotel is a place I will use monthly. My teenage daughter loves the pool area. I enjoy the fitness/workout room. I would rate our dinners at the Vintner's as 5-star. Service is friendly and furnishings are elegant.”

“Our request for two adjoining rooms was granted, and we were pleasantly surprised that one of the rooms was upgraded to a suite. The Sleep Number beds were very comfortable. The A/C was quite noisy but kept it cool. My husband was glad that the cable programming included Speed Channel, and for my son, MTV and Cartoon Network. Vintners, the restaurant downstairs, had excellent food, although the service was slow. They are supposed to give a 15% discount if you are staying at the hotel. However, we only had our cardkeys and not the paper folder the keys came in, and they did accept the cardkeys as proof. The Monday breakfast buffet was very good.”

“Although staff members were pleasant and friendly, there seemed to be some problems with management. Rooms were not ready at check-in time and several customers had to wait in the lobby for half an hour before they could check in. The internet access in my room did not work, and I spent quite a bit of time on the phone with support people trying to get it to work. I was worried about sound from the airport when I realized my room was right next to it, but that wasn't a problem but I could hear everything going on in the next room. This is a decent hotel, better than Motel 6, but I wouldn't call it exceptional or give it lots of stars. The hot tub was nice and the bed was comfortable.”

“This was my first stay at a Radisson hotel. My experience was beyond expectations. Specifically, the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I arrived in the evening and my room was not exactly what I wanted. There was one woman at the front desk who went out of her way to accommodate my partner and me. Outstanding! And, the food (room service), arrived in a timely manner, was hot and delicious!”

“Appeared to be a nice facility the outside appearance was poor and the hotel had large weddings both night we were there that created crowded facilities and noise problems even on the fourth floor. it probably would suit business travelers better on weekdays. I would probably choose another facility on my next visit if it was on a weekend.”

“Despite being located next to the airport, our room was quiet. The room was tastefully decorated; a nice mix of rustic and elegance. The chaise was a nice touch. We found the room to be clean and comfortable, especially the comfort select bed. The staff was friendly and helpful during our two night stay. The price was good compared to comparable hotels in Pismo beach and surrounding beach communities.”
