• Great bed, nice TV, close parking.
• A little bit of a drive from the freeway, but quiter because of that.

• The most comfortable beds and extremely clean.

“This is a very clean friendly hotel with extremely comfortable beds. Nicely decorated rooms and a fair breakfast buffet. One of the best buys in the Santa Maria area.”

• Our room looked nice. Comfy king size bed. Clean.
• The bathtub filled with ankle deep water during my shower. It just needed some Drano or something.

“Overall, pleasant experience. We wished we had more time to lounge in our room and enjoy the comfortable bed, but it was a quick trip. It felt safe. The contential breakfast was decent. Waffles and a variety of muffins were available.”

• The hot tub was excellent
• The surrounding locations were a little iffy.

“The staff was very helpful and very nice, the room was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! The room had a slight smell of smoke though.”

• The bed was comfortable.
• Carpet had stains, towels had hair on them, tile was cracked and
  bathroom needed repairs, toilet barely flushed, parking was in a bad area.

“The continental breakfast was bad. The danishes were hard. They served Tang instead of Orange juice. The rooms weren't clean and needed repairs. The bathroom window was unlocked when we got there.”

• Continental breakfast and lobby were very well maintained.
• Coffee maker/fridge/microwave and ceiling fan were non-functional.

“Bed was not made up on second day - had to locate maid for towels - not organized or short on help - front desk was not manned at all times.”

• I only stayed one night and got their late.
• The room smelled and there was a huge party going on all night long.

“We got to the hotel and had to park down a alley where some homeless people where staying in the back of a doctors office or something. Wife was not feeling very safe about that. Then the hotel didn't have the bed type we had asked for so four of us slept in a king size bed, which wasn't fun but I could do it for one night because it was 10:30 at night and there was no other rooms. Then shortly after we arrived there was a huge party involving several rooms with loud bass music that shook the walls. My room was right on top of the office so I don't think they just didn't know. We also saw a hit and run in the street in front of the hotel. Lol what a dive.”

• The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was good.
• I did not like the double beds that was offered to me.

• The bed was comfortable.
• The room was old and in need of cosmetics repairs. The bedspreads were old.

“The landscaping was neglected. The bathroom was functional but in need of paint and upgraded fixtures. It was a clean place to stay but definitely there are nicer places in Santa Maria for the money.”

• The room was clean and comfortable. All the luxuries of home.
• The room smelt strongly of fresh paint.

“Our stay was nice. The room was clean and located in a fairly decent area. Lots of shopping centers and restaurants are in close vicinity to the hotel. They also offer continental breakfast at the Travelodge which was the best I have ever had.”

• Nice continental breakfast spread.
• Parking location allows free for all for any thief.

“The guest parking area is frightening. You park in a secluded, dimly lit alley where any thief would have a hay day busting out car windows and stealing anything their heart desired or worse yet mug someone, without anyone seeing or hearing anything. I am absolutely shocked that there are no security cameras or something. This is the main reason I would not recommend staying at this hotel.”
