• The room was very nice. A very pleasant smelling room with a good layout.
• Too many people were taking advantage of the free breakfast and they ran out of food frequently.

“I really had an overall good experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions.”

• Very nice hotel with great amenities.

“I stay at this hotel because it was reasonable and wanted to try out their wireless internet access. A previous hotel I stayed in had wireless internet but had a firewall that would not allow me to access some sites.
”

• Not much of anything.
• A lot.

“For starters I didn't get the rooms I bought. At 1:30 a.m. Our room was sold to someone else so we were come in on. Needless to say not much sleep after that. We had an early morning wake up call 4:50 a.m. that was never made and we were late for our business meeting. Then my father-in-law was told to pay for his room. So we had to take 2 hours out of our 3 hour drive back home to get that taken care of. I am very displeased.”

• The soap and lotion smelled nice; the triple sheeting was cozy; and the granite in the bath was attractive. Great breakfast!
• The towels in our room were wet, and we both got a rash from the sheets. I think the hotel is overpriced, especially for the location.

• Nice continental breakfast.
• Under construction/renovation & I was not aware when make reservations.

“The staff was nice and the hotel will be nice when renovations are done. However, the appearance was hard to judge b/c there was wallpaper missing & no toilet paper holder. I wish I had known this before booking & paying.”
