It is the first hotel in Georgia chosen by the National Trust for Historic Preservations for membership in Historic Hotels of America. It is the only Augusta hotel rated by Zagat. It is called *one of the South's finest* by Southern Living Magazine. The Partridge Inn and conference facilities is Augustas premier hotel. It offers a fabulous combination of historic Southern architecture and unparalleled personal service which is focused on the guest. The Bar and Grill offers quick lunches, light dinners, snacks and beverages. The award winning Dining Room features regional cuisine, steaks and seafood.[less]

I survived my stay and never have to return!
Fire trap. Paper thin walls. Musty.
“May look great on its website but the place is a fire trap in my book. Walls are paper thin and I made sure I was on the top floor to not have people pounding the floors overhead. Nothing like hearing moaning coming from the next room and all it is someone complaining about no coffee packet in the kitchen! You can have this place!”

The verandas, ours over-looked the city lights.
Elevator was slow.
“The Partridge Inn was a very quaint hotel which had a lot of charm. We particularly enjoyed the veranda where we had drinks one evening. The veranda expanded our living quarters to an entirely different location. The hotel had both a piano bar and a dance band. They also had a shuttle to and from the Masters golf practice rounds.”
