• Nicely decorated rooms and comfortable beds.

• Very pleasant stay; great, spacious fitness room and convenient route to Atlanta metro via highway.
• Bedding blanket a bit rough.

• There is a coffee & pastry counter conveniently located in the lobby.
• The pool area needs some maintenance and the tiles are slippery!

“This hotel is located conveniently off I-285, near restaurants, entertainment and shopping. The rooms are attractive and spacious, and they provide real glasses and a nice little coffee maker and liquid creamer - not just the powder stuff!”

• Nice lobby.
• TV was out twice, terrible smell from bath renovations.

“Staff was great, but between the TV not working 2 days in a row and the terrible smell of acetate from bath remodels (at 7:00 PM) gave me a headache. They offered to move me to a new room, but that can be such a pain.”

• Squealing air-conditioning unit was very annoying!

“Overall, the hotel was a pleasant place to stay. If you don't have transportation their shuttle stops running at 7PM and their on site restaurant has a very limited menu so you could be stuck.”

• The lobby, restaurant, bar/lounge.
• Indoor pool hot tub closed. Smell in hallways i.e. smoke/cleaning products, ice machine broken.

“On arrival hotel parking and lobby was nice. Was not ask for type room. Given a room on 6th floor. When got off elevator, notices smell, walking down hall smell got stronger room was smoking. They gave us a less desirable room. Bathroom too small, no mirror/door on closet. Smoking room was much nicer, but couldn't live with smell.”

• Great business area to work in.
• I do not like when a hotel charges for internet access-I think that's ridiculous-even the cheap hotels (like a Days Inn) gives you internet.

“I love the cookie when you check in and also the pillow embroidered with "sweet dreams"! Lots of nice, extra touches to make it very comfortable.”

• Two many teenagers, no computer excess all occupied, no parking spaces, broken and noisy elevators.

• Continental breakfast would be nice; pool could've been warmer.

• Comfortable beds, goose down pillows and comforter.

“I called the hotel early in the day to request 2 double beds in lieu of a king. They said they were unable to alter the reservation and could make the request when we checked in. I have made the request many times previous with hotels and it was never a problem before. When we arrived (late) there was a room with 2 doubled available and we were accommodated. However, the front desk left the original room number on the key jacket and verbally told me the same. When we attempted to enter the room the keys obviously did not work. We had to go back down to the front desk to sort it out.”
