• We had two rooms, that way the kids were in another room.

“It was a nice place and at a nice location. It was easy to find and near enough to find the attractions. The room was large and the beds comfortable!”

• I loved having the kitchen in my room so I could store items for my son.
• I did not like the stairs!

“Overall I was happy with my stay at this hotel. The only thing I was unhappy with is having to climb so many stairs. I wish it would have mentioned this so I could have requested a lower floor considering I had to carry my son up and down and up and down. Great location. It was close to the stadium and the aquarium.”

• The rate for a two bedroom suite was very reasonable.
• No elevator and air conditioner too noisy.

“I was very pleased with the rate. The units were very clean. The dwelling was very old, reminded me of an apartment complex that had been renovated. It was tiring going up and down the stairs since we were on the top or third floor. I'm sure older people or people with a disability would be very unhappy. The air conditioning unit was very noisy making harder to sleep. Although the rate was very reasonable, not sure I would stay there again.”

• It had two bedrooms and bathrooms.
• The pool and hot tub were closed.

“The room was large and clean. There was four of us that stayed in the room, which was two bedrooms two bathrooms. Plenty of room for everyone. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• Size of room was sufficient, breakfast, location of hotel.
• The Jacuzzi was not open, and I was not informed of this before booking or checking in. The Jacuzzi was the reason I chose this particular hotel.

“The hotel was in a good location, easy access to Interstate and Downtown, plenty of restaurants. I was very disappointed and annoyed that I was not told the Jacuzzi and heated pool was closed for the season. What is point of heated pool if it is closed when weather is cool?”

• The comfort and convenience of the suite-comfortable bed!
• The carpet was stained.

“The hotel was exactly what my husband and I expected. A clean, comfortable, roomy place to spend the night. It was very important to us to have a very comfy bed conducive to excellent sleep. We were cozy. The breakfast in the morning was varied and delicious. This hotel was just what we wanted.”

“Smoking rooms have to go. Did not appreciate that it was the only option also they had no extra bedding and the room was not really that clean.”

• Good layout, attractive room.
• Very loud when guests used the stairs outside the room.

“Sleep was interrupted every night about 3:30-4AM by loud guests stomping up the stairs to their rooms. Footsteps on the stairs telegraphed into our room. Sleep interrupted again about 6-7AM as guests left their rooms & stomped down the stairs, dragging their rolling suitcases bumping down the steps.”
