  • The hotel had very nice beds, showers, television, fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, ah I tell you it was amazing.
  • I had to pay for parking. The only bad thing.

“Well parking in the city of Chicago is expensive anyways, so I won't hold that against the Wyndham O'Hare because it was very nice for my partner and I.”

  • Nothing stood out except the shuttle gentlemen was nice.
  • It was nice and the pool was a disappointment.

“The hotel is close to the airport though I am sure there are better and the work out facility is near the smoking room so it smells of smoke but had some decent equipment. Pool is not nearly as nice as the photo seems, very run down and in serious need of updating. The shuttle to the airport was good and friendly.”

  • Received great help from staff when I got sick.
  • Lobby to elevator was a bit far to walk to.

“Over all stay was excellent, management switched me and my party to a larger room and it was superb.”

  • Absolutely nothing.

“I called prior to our visit to inquire about parking and internet. I was told they were definitely provided. I had to pay $16 per night for parking and internet was not complimentary. The hotel staff gave us incorrect directions twice and we struggled with locating our destination. The hotel staff told us they would take my husband to a convention the following morning. The next morning, the shuttle driver refused to take him. I felt the staff was impolite and not wanting to assist. The room was unimpressive. The wallpaper was peeling off all over the bathroom, the water in the tub came out brown when first turned on. I was also confused on the first night of my stay, one of the members of housekeeping knocked on my door at 10 pm and insisted on coming on. I received no reason as to why, nor did I receive a call from front desk. I did not let her in.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[6] • Location:[8]

  • The fitness center had free weights.
  • The layout forces you to park on one side, yet your room may be on the complete opposite side. There was not a guest entrance on one side.

“I was awaken at 2:30 am on Sunday morning and again at 2:30 am on Monday morning by a "wake-up call" I did not request. When I reported it to the front desk receptionist as I was checking out, she laughed and responded: "Did it scare you?" I'm definitely writing a complaint letter to the hotel. If I receive a response, it may very well be as apathetic and non-customer focused as the receptionist's response. what ever happened to Customer Service?”

  • Housekeeping was wonderful.
  • Staff rude at times. Especially the airport shuttle driver.

“We were able to check into this hotel early and we were upgraded since we are reward members. Room was very nice although the layout of the hotel is horrible. Parking was $16 a day which is a bit steep considering you aren't parking in any sort of a garage. We took the hotel shuttle to OHare to catch the L train Downtown. When we got back in at night we waited 45 minutes for the shuttle that was only supposed to take 15 minutes. The next night the same thing happened only this time we waited over an hour. The shuttle driver was very rude. The one bright thing about this hotel was the housekeeping staff was very nice and left the room clean and comfortable.”

  • The Fitness Center was really nice.
  • We had a pair of shoes that came up missing (Hotel staff cleaned the room).

“Nice beds nice view, The Parking isn't included (not mentioned before hand -$16 per day- The Shuttle service was both good and bad, they dropped us off at the Convention center then I had to convince them to come pick us up.”

  • I liked that they gave newspapers to guests.
  • I didn't like the unattractive peeling paint in the bathtub.

“Peeling paint in bathtub, extra parking.”

“This hotel is in an excellent location, next to several restaurants and a Target. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and there is an indoor swimming pool and a nice exercise room.”

  • Next door to arena for concert we were attending.
  • A little run down; could use a remodel of the rooms.

“Excellent location for us to attend the concert at the All State Area; just had to walk across the parking lot. The sandwiches in the lobby bar/restaurant were excellent. On the downside, it cost us $16 for overnight parking at the hotel (which was unexpected), and the room and hallways were somewhat rundown and dingy looking in places. The staff was very pleasant and a door that was broken as we came in was fixed a short time later when we came back through it. Would definitely stay there again.”

  • Location, great for the early morning departure.
  • Paying $16 for parking at a suburban hotel.

“Very nice hotel, rooms were well maintained, hallways and elevators showed their 1970's vintage roots. Staff was very friendly even though the hotel was booked to capacity. Only negative was having to pay $16 to park and I had two visitors who each had to pay $12.”

  • Could not alarm clock, parking was far from room.

“I am handicapped and my room was on the other side of the parking lot, not very convenient. My wife liked the alarm clock but could not purchase it.”

  • Very convenient my meetings.

“This property is what you would expect for the price near O'Hare. It is very easy to reach and the parking was convenient and reasonable. The rooms are comfortable, but a little dated. Overall, a good experience.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[9] • Location:[9]

  • Staff was friendly.

“I was very disappointed in the room itself, looked more like a Motel 8 room. The pool was very far away from our room. The elevator sounded like it was falling apart and the worst part was our room must have been over a generator or something because the floor vibrated the whole time which made the TV shake!”

Cleanliness:[2] • Staff:[2] • Location:[3]

  • Nothing.
  • Dusty room, lights didnt work, bed uncomfortable.

“The front desk was rude, room was old, dusty dirty, bed was hard, pillows were bad, no remote for TV, charged twice for parking. Very unhappy with the hotel.”

  • Close to airport. Shuttle available.
  • Extremely noisy. Highway beside hotel.

“Room, amenities, bedding etc. fine and adequate for a three star rating. We were offered a complimentary continental breakfast because of loyalty membership. The main problem was the noise from the highway. Bring earplugs if planning to stay there.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[8] • Location:[8]

  • It's location.
  • Door key doesn't function properly and had to be changed.

“Front office staff is not trained properly and allotted me a room which was occupied by another person. Room tariff didn't include the cost of the breakfast and I had to pay 17$ extra.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[7] • Location:[9]

  • The rooms were attractive.
  • The parking was too expensive and there was no hot tub.

“Besides that they hit you hard for uncovered parking ($16 a night) and that the pool has no hot tub and is tucked away in the bowels of the hotel (very hard to find) the room was very nice and updated. Just don't get a room on the front side of the hotel because you cannot see out due to blinding spot lights shining on the hotel.”
