• Friendly staff and outstanding continental breakfast.
• The hot tub was not available.

“This hotel met and exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, my room was very comfortable and they did an excellent job of making my stay an overall good experience.”

• Staff was very helpful.
• When pool did become open, it was very dirty.

“Free breakfast was excellent. It offered a variety of items to choose from. The hotel was quiet. It was perfect for business travelers. I had my husband and daughter with and would look into another hotel in the future that would be more "family friendly". The room was clean. We were overall disappointed that we specifically looked into this geographic location for indoor pools. Being winter and living in Chicago land area, our purpose was to get out of our house for 2 nights and enjoy the pool for our daughter. When management agreed to open up the pool, it was very dirty and the hot tub was still unavailable. Staff did respond and cleaned the pool right away.”

• Complimentary continental breakfast; guest appreciation reception one evening.
• Housekeeping knocking on door 1 am before 8 am.

“Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Free computer access in their business center. Had guest appreciation reception one evening with free beer and wine.”

• The internet facilities were very helpful.
• Non smoking.

“This hotel was a great buy for the money. The pool was clean and warm, there was an internet room to check email, and I loved the room. Very spacious hotel!”

• Its nice, clean, staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are excellent, and facilities are nice.
• I can't say what. Because I am satisfied with the stay.

“This hotel is a good place to stay for almost anyone or any family. The place is clean from the front desk to the rooms and most especially the facilities. The pool might not be fancy but has clean water and surroundings. The location is accessible to the freeway. And near enough to mall areas and Downtown.”
