• The hotel had all the amenities required for a business traveler.

“This hotel provided me with all the amenities that I needed to sustain a long business trip. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, with fridge and microwave, work desk, wifi access, exercise room, laundry room, easy access to highways, downtown core, etc. I would definitely stay there again. An excellent experience overall.”

• The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was super.
• Nothing I liked the hotel.

“Staff was welcoming. I needed a ground floor room and there was not problem with that as one was available, no hassles. The room was very clean, good amenities, bed comfortable.”

• The breakfast bar was very good.
• During both nights I stayed at the hotel there was loud music coming from the room next door, until well after 3:30 a.m.

“Overall the hotel was not a pleasant experience. My family and I heard loud music until the early morning hours from the room next door. When I called the front desk, I was told they would talk to the occupant, and the noise was decreased, but still very audible until into the early morning hours. The second day I spoke with the front desk and was told there would be no one in that room the next evening so I agreed to stay. Sure enough, the music continued the following night until about 3:00 a.m.”

• Nice and clean. A great place to stay for the price you pay.
• Located over a flight path so you hear the airplanes.

“Overall this hotel is great for a quick stay in San Jose. The price is reasonable and the hotel room was typical for the Holiday Inn. Hotel staff was nice and the complimentary breakfast was better than we expected.”
