• We loved the sleep number bed.
• The location was not that great. Nothing within walking distance.

“Overall we enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. However, the location was not good at all, for us. We would recommend this hotel for comfort and cleanliness, but we would not stay here again.”

• They gave me a room that has a person sleeping in it!

“A complete unpleasant, somewhat frightening nightmare of an experience. There was a man SLEEPING in the room they assigned me. I have never been so frightened in my life! The windows were sealed shut! And they never came top clean my room on my second day there! It was a scary experience and upset me greatly!”

• Beds were comfortable. housekeeping staff did a good job.
• Front staff and managers were rude beyond belief. Breakfast had weird chemical and metal taste to it. They argued about taking it back.

“Room was in a good state. This hotel has hidden fees and a very rude front staff. It was ok but be careful. If you ask specific questions get their answers in writing.”

• Price, convenience with shuttle service.
• Sheet. Towel and building show the sign of wear and tear.

“Shuttle service for airport pick up in the evening past 9:30 pm tended to be much slowed. A group of hotel guests were waiting in the cold night for an hour while other hotel shuttle services went by 3 rounds. That's the only low point. Otherwise, price is excellent and staff is helpful.”

• More than I expected. Convenient location.
• Loud vehicles on 4th street. My visit was during a remodel time frame, slightly dusty.

• It was nice but nothing special.
• My room was right next to the hotel's generator.

“Like all chain hotels this place had the typical standard of neatness and professionalism. It's close to the Light rail station (four short blocks - bring cash!), but that's about it. The checking out staff was kind enough to ask me if I needed a shuttle to the airport.”

“The overall experience at this hotel was good. Construction was going on and there was an odor about, but that was all related to the construction. Room was on the smaller side but looked nice and clean.”

• Room was adequate and clean. Good value for the money.
• No hot tub, bathroom was tiny for a family.

“Hotel is being renovated (public spaces). The room was adequate, but the bathroom was very small, making it difficult for families to get ready easily. Had a toilet leak when we arrived. When we informed the staff, they quickly and efficiently moved us to a new room. No smoking hotel, but someone was smoking on the patio, so we smelled the smoke in our bathroom.”

• Relatively inexpensive for the area.
• Very poor housekeeping service.

“Even though the hotel and the room were plastered with signs indicating it had Sleep Number beds, the room I was given did not have a Sleep Number bed. When I complained about it, I was told that I could not be moved to another room because I had already used the towels in the bathroom. In addition, virtually every night, I came back to the room to discover housekeeping had missed something - didn't replace the regular coffee, didn't bring enough towels, etc. I will not be returning to this hotel.”

“Its in the ghetto. There is a large loud truck commercial repair place next door with lots of noise. The are renovations (wallpaper all stripped off in hallway) which you didnt tell me about. I felt like I was staying at a construction project.”

“Mandatory valet parking $11. Hotel right next to busy expressway and on main street - very noisy. A/C fan automatically shuts off, so couldn't have any background noise. Toilet leaked all night, could hear water running periodically.”
