• Good location for where we wanted to go.
• Bathroom sink was not cleaned.

“This hotel was not quite up to the indicated star level. First problem was that there are two of them approximately a block apart. It seems that we were lodged in the one that was not quite as nice as the first one, (no valet service, rooms faced a parking level garage). The room was nicely furnished and appeared to have been recently refurbished. Beds were very comfortable. The only problem we had was it was obvious that the sink in the bathroom had been poorly cleaned. It had coffee in it. Since we did not spend much time in the room-it met our needs.”

• Rooms were newly re-done. It was really clean!
• Beds could be more comfortable.

“Hotel was great, but parking was really expensive. Everything has been newly remodeled so the rooms had that newness to them and that made it seem really clean. We loved the location as well!”

“This is a wonderful place to stay. Rooms are clean and nice. Lots of room. Beds are very comfortable. Everything worked. Could not have asked for more and look forward to staying there again if we get a chance.”

• Location was outstanding, room was spacious and comfortable.
• Half of our floor was under construction which created some noise and dust.

“The hotel's location was outstanding for our vacation. It was convenient to many tourist attractions, public transit, and recreation. We felt safe in the area, even at night. The only drawback is that half of our floor was under construction for renovation. The staff was apologetic and kept the area cordoned off. Noise and dust were present, but not really intrusive. The good part of this is that it shows their commitment to maintaining a good quality hotel property. The staff was friendly and helpful, although the concierge only recommended places serving Dungeness crab for dinner. The crabs were in season and delicious, but after a couple of days, we needed variety and ventured out on our own. We will definitely consider this hotel for our next stay.”

• Cleanliness, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, and great location.

“We just stayed overnight, but the hotel was very clean, had a great location to Fisherman's Wharf, and other attractions within walking distance. The staff was very helpful and allowed us to check in early upon arrival, which was great so we could dump our luggage, freshen up, and change to head out to sight see. Lots of dining locations are within walking distance. An excellent breakfast buffet was available before we headed out the next morning. We will definitely stay here again.”

• There is internet connection, close to water front, close to fisherman's wharf.
• No swimming pool, pay $35/day for parking.

“It is a nice place to stay because it is close to the water front and market. But beware that the hotel has no parking space itself.”
