“To awaken every morning to breakfast in bed, or at the antique dining table in the parlor watching folks practicing tai chi across the street in beautiful Washington Square Park is all I need. This place gives so much more; a warm, friendly helpful and sometimes humorous staff that should be praised daily, a warm inviting afternoon respite enjoying hors d'ouvres and tasting local wines after a busy day of touring. Delicious cookies, coffee and hot chocolate or tea is also available in the afternoon. Coffee is ready late at night and early morning. Of course the location is my favorite in the city. a step back in time. what fun. one feels more alive in this part of town. I am ready to make reservations at this time for a fall trip again with my sister and daughter. I hope the Washington square inn is as it was in May of 2004. I can't wait to get back. ” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Hotel Representatives:
