• The staff were great, very safe, very clean, free breakfast
• The breakfast, which is free, is pretty plan.

“This is a nice place, nothing TOO fancy, but it is very suitable for all types of travellers - business and leisure. Free internet, free breakfast (get there early before everyone eats everything so you get more choices in the food!), the staff are kind and welcoming, the place is very clean. The area is safe, and there are lots of security guards at night, which gives you an added feeling of safety - though I never ever ever felt even a little unsafe.”

• First class facility, fast check in, fast elevators. Well designed.

• Good location. Clean rooms. Superb breakfast.
• We parked on street. $46 to park at the hotel.

“Excellent location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Particularly enjoyed the free buffet breakfast. Coffee, tea, eggs, bagels, toast, fresh fruit, cereal, etc.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We didn't want to leave! Our room was very clean and quiet. Our requests were honored by the staff in a timely manner. The breakfast food was delicious and plentiful.”

“The hotel was a wonderful, safe, clean environment, however the front desk staff was rude and uninviting. This turned me off to the hotel in general. It is not somewhere I would recommend.”

• Location, breakfast area and selections.
• Exercise equipment not high quality and remote not working for TV.

“Nice room, ours had a view of an air shaft, but it was very comfortable. Location in Fisherman's Wharf was nearly ideal for us. The Breakfast had a nice variety of foods that changed from day to day. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful.”

• I really liked the staff. At the front desk they offered coupons and discounts for different places. Super friendly staff and clean!
• They had rancid milk and when I complained they didn't even check to see if the rest of it was spoiled.

“It was small but comfortable. Great if you aren't planning on spending lots of time in it. Awesome view! Clean, great staff. I loved the location! It was close to everything. Worth every penny!”

• The staff is incredible!
• The beds are uncomfortably hard, difficulty in sleeping.

“The staff is excellent and highly qualified. They are all eager to please and allow your visit to experience benefits that you may not have originally thought of yourself. Two complaints (only): the beds are hard and do not encourage a full night of restful sleep. The parking rates are very high, and check in does not start until 3 pm. However your vehicle is safe. Valet only.”

• Breakfast bar was a feeding frenzy. What you would expect with it being free.

• The quality was equal to the price for the room.
• Paying $39 a day for parking.

“I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of the hotel and the room. The hotel in general was much nicer than the one in D.C. in terms of appearance and public spaces. The room was basically the same but this was in much better shape. I felt that I actually got my money's worth and will definitely stay there again. I love the location for its convenience.”
