• The view from our room was spectacular and the hotel staff was great.
• The bathroom had mold and the floors did not look mopped. Additionally, the bed linen had huge holes in it.

• Spacious, upgaded with the latest features.

“We stayed at the Fairmont for our wedding aniversery. Beautiful room and view. Bathroom was large an updated. Historical Bulding with allot of San Francisco History. The Tiki Room was a blast.”

• Historic hotel with the 'old-style' feel without sacrificing modern amenities.
• Had to pay for wireless internet in the room.

“The hotel was beautiful with a true 'landmark' feel to it. Historic setting to the hotel with all the modern features you would expect with a four star hotel. Fantastic view of Alcatraz from my room. Would like to not have to pay for internet in the room - but oh well. The staff was exceptional and addressed me by name and the Tonga Room was a great dining experience. I would stay there again and would recommend it to others.”
