• Location.
• Loud outside traffic.

“We had a group that stayed to attend the Giants game. We walked to and from the game and also enjoyed the shopping, restaurants and bars close by. A great recommendation for shoppers and giants fans.”

• location, price, overall value
• I had a hard time speaking with some staff

“For the price this hotel was impressive. It is only a few blocks from Union Square, it's appearance is not at all shabby, the rooms are small, but not rediculously, (and hey it's San Francisco, that is very common). I had some difficulty speaking to one of the staff members, but it wasn't a horrible experience, also, the lobby was under construction when I was there (10/04). I felt that it was in a safe location, and the parking garage is close by.”
