• Clean, convenient.
• Bad neighborhood. Chicona Park area.

“We had no problems at this location but has as a bad neighborhood. Did see homeless on the streets but then, you saw them all over town.”

• Very convenient to GasLamp District, only a 4$ cab ride away! And so cheap!
• The parking was a tight squeeze.

“Very close to the Gas Lamp District and very inexpensive for such proximity. The parking is very tight but room is available on the streets. Very clean and friendly. Definitely would go back!”

• Lots of noise at night people running around at 3 am, handicap parking was blocked by owners motorcycle.

• Hard to find.

“The hotel was great the people were very friendly but it was a little hard to find the hotel from Downtown San Diego.”

• The fridge was useful.
• Mold in the bathroom leaky faucets and the exterior reeked of stale smoke.

“I would never stay here again. while it was not the worst stay I have ever had I would not use it again. The bath tub had mold the faucets were leaky, the bath room fan was way too loud the room felt dirty, the vending machine only had warm sodas checking out in the early morning (6:30) seemed bother the front desk since they were sleeping the only reason why I did not demand a refund or change hotels is because I prepaid the trip.”
