• I loved the location because it was quiet area.
• The elevators had some problems but they were repaired.

“If I were is San Diego again I would stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and they kept the public areas and rooms very clean. Javier who worked at the front desk even remembered my name after several days of not seeing me. I was impressed.”

• No parking, loud.

“There was a salsa convention at the hotel, there were people dancing everywhere, could not get to our room, use the pool or find any parking ever. People screaming in halls at all hours of the night. Restaurant was bad. Could not get towels in my room or at the pool.”

• Too cold at night to take kids to oudoor pool

“It was a nice hotel, but they could do a lot better.The hotel had no decorations. Huge areas of open space. The room had a bed, chair, and a table for the TV. No decorations in the room left it not very eye appealing. They would only leave two towels in the room every day after cleaning and when asked for more it was as if you asked them to cut off their leg. My family stayed at this hotel for four nights and all the side doors were left unlocked at all times. Management was asked about this and each night and he assured me the problem would be taken care of as you should only be able to enter with the secure room key. I complained to management each night and the doors remained open to the public every night and the same response from management.”

“The hotel has a very friendly atmosphere and is located in a quiet peaceful setting. The bathroom seemed to have been remodeled recently and look great.”

• Friendly/helpful staff; spaciousness; cleanliness; free parking; free shuttle.
• The restaurant was a bit pricey, although portions were generous.

“We totally enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and facilities were clean and spacious. We appreciated the no charge onsite parking. The free shuttle service to a multitude of venues was excellent.”

• Bright, clean, neat landscaping. The in-room coffee and refrigerator were welcome.
• Noisy at times. Slamming doors echo throughout floor.

• The hot tub/spa was the best Ive ever been in.
• Location.

“Overall our experience was great. We would definitely stay again.
I absolutely loved the fact that there were no parking fees. It was great to park so close to our room and not have to pay for it.”

• The beds were very comfortable.
• They never brought my breakfast, and when I finally got it, the food was not good. My daughter was starving.

“We got there after dark, and we had to park kind far from the front, it was not well lit in the parking lot and I did not feel safe walking around there with my nine year old. The toilet was broken; we had to jiggle the handle so it would stop running. I ordered our breakfast the night before because we had to be up early, and it never came. I complained to the front desk and they gave my daughter and me complimentary buffet, but we had to get it to go because we were running late and they only had one plastic fork to give me between the two of us. I saw the bill for what I would have paid for the buffet and it was 39.00 if I had paid that I would have been even more upset because the scrambled eggs were watery, the toast was cold, but the sausage was really good.”

• Staff was accommodating, nice executive golf course.
• Two cars were broken in next to ours. Not a good thing.

“This is typically a business traveler hotel. It's conveniently located and my wife and I stay there often, but only because it's close to my parents house. Two cars were vandalized (one right next to our car) on this recent trip. Security is not evident. Do not leave anything unattended in your car. Room was reasonably clean; service was fine.”
