• Location.
• Rooms were not very clean.

• The breakfast was excellent!!
• Not viable from the street to someone not from the area. Better directions are needed.

“For this type of hotel. It was very nice. The breakfast was excellent and for us the one item we will remember. The main sign needed to be more visible. The main entrance is not the street address which was confessing. The ground were beautiful and the rooms were very clean.”

• Great location! Within walking distance of great restaurants and tourist areas.
• Although the free breakfast had great variety by the time we got there nothing was left.

“This hotel was very easy to find. I would also suggest to pay the additional fee to park underground as street parking is the only other option. Caution on the under parking car garage, clearance is only 6 ft. The grounds were very nice and comfortable. Within walking distance from great restaurants, pubs and bars. Room was quiet and did not get any noise from outside. Breakfast had a great variety, however, by the time my husband and I went down to eat there was hardly anything left. The staff was prompt about refilling, however, many of the guest must have been on a previous hunger strike because they ate like they were starving. I even had one guy cut in front of me to grab the last biscuit just as I was to grab it. I just laughed! Hey if he was that hungry then he can have it. Otherwise hotel was great and would stay again. Just get to breakfast early before the vultures come out.”

• Our room was small but recently redecorated nice!
• Originally assigned to an old, moldy not redecorated room.

“Our room was small but comfortable and recently redecorated. It smelled fresh and the bed and linens were good quality. The hotel is located near the 5 freeway, but the room was quiet and dark for sleeping. The terrace rooms were great. Room 140, suite sized is dark and moldy with a double bed avoid it.”

• Comfy bed, nice pool and spa, good breakfast.
• Poor TV reception, small room, expensive parking.

“The hotel is very nice for a 2-star property. The free breakfast is great, and the location is within 1/2 mile of a major train/bus hub. Parking is expensive ($16), but one may park for free on the street. My room was rather small but very well-appointed. The satellite TV reception was poor.”

• It was in a great location. Lots of stuff to do.
• All the access doors to had to use to enter the building.

“The Hotel over all was a great and it was located in an awesome area. We had a great time and would stay there again. The staff even upgraded our room without asking.”

• Its location and privacy. Ideal for the business and get away traveler.
• Parking space is bad and the hotel knows this so they charge per night for there underground parking, Sneaking parking doesn't come included.

“Hotel fits Old town. It's made perfect for its location. The staff are friendly and courteous. Excellent hotel for all to enjoy.”

• Good location in Old Town.
• The phone line & TV remote do not work and the toilet keeps flushing.

“Good location but many things within the room do not work. I attempted to make calls, but the phone just got disconnected in the middle of the conversation. The TV remote did not function. Also, the toilet bowl kept flushing the water non-stop. The water tap in the shower could not turn accurately to get the right water temperature.”

“We liked everything about our short stay there, the room and its decor and amenities, location to events. The charge for overnight secure parking was a bit disappointing, had to park on street.”

• Poor parking facilities. Charged $8 extra to park in underground parking facility, which was to short to allow our pickup truck in.

professional. Located in Old Town San Deigo, a great place to start a walk around town, tour stores and lots of restaurant. Quite the night spot/ lots to do. Had a great time.”
