• Conveniently located, well appointed and above average.
• Poor wifi reception, few covered parking spaces.

“ My husband and I arrived very late (from the east coast). The hotel was easy to find and the room was very well appointed with energy saving light switches, low flow showers and toilets. The furnishings and decorations were really quite nice. ”

• Good location, clean room, free indoor parking, nice breakfast, and good price after discount.
• No swimming pool, spa, and exercise room.

“We enjoyed our brief trip with new year celebration. We would like to book this hotel again for next visiting bay area.”

“This hotel is good to sleep and to take a good shower. It is also good for people that need to be close to the airport.”

• Parking was quality inside, but limited spaces.
• Poor cleanliness, supplies were not complete.

“The room was not vacuumed when we arrived, There was only one towel and bath mat in the bathroom, for two people. The staff eventually got a full compliment of towels into the room. The room was quiet even though it overlooked a busy street. The cleaning staff seemed more like a coffee party than workers. They were not very responsive and offered reluctantly the bare minimum when asked for help. In the evening the rap music in the lobby was a little unnerving. The desk clerk was constantly talking to friend on her cell phone. She seemed a little upset when interrupted by loggers needing service.”

“The room in this hotel was better than I imagines for an economy hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. I did not have time to take advance of any of the other services.”

• Bad location, holes in bath towels, not clean, unreliable airport transportation-once an hour.

“I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone! There were holes in the bath towels and the "continental breakfast" was a joke! The airport van had a scary driver- he tailgated, talked on the phone, and swerved! We only saw one hotel employee the entire time we were there! We checked in that night, and then the next morning, the same person was setting up breakfast!.”
