• Very spacious rooms with refrigerator, microwave, and cupboard space, dishwasher.
• There was nothing I disliked.

• Spacious.
• Smelled like smoke.

“Lots of space. Comfortable bed. Nice little kitchen. Occasionally, it sounded as though planes were going to land right on top of the hotel, but then again, the hotel was right next to the airport, so what else would you expect.”

• Beautiful comfortable spacious relaxing convenient.
• Not one thing.

“This was the best room we have ever had! After staying in many 5 star rooms this 2 and a half star room beat them all! It was clean, the pillows, bed and linens were exquisite. My husband, who very rarely sleeps thru the night, slept so good that he did not wake up once!”

• Loved the fact that it had a kitchen.
• There was a problem with the heater, but it wasn't too cold anyway.

“Very nice room, had a two bedroom, two bath suite with full kitchen with dishwasher and living room area. I think we were upgraded because they were out of non-smoking rooms so not sure about the size of a standard room, but this one had a great amount of space. The location is excellent and close to the major freeway junction that gives you easy access to the San Francisco Airport and SF City. As a bonus there is also a shopping center and a mall practically next door to the hotel.”

• Air condition is too noisy, temperature difference in living room & bedroom.

“Studio is cool for travel, just need more Raw Material for cook, like egg, bacon etc. Can not sleep with Air condition/heater on, noisy.”

• Staff gave friendly and quick service, answered questions and upgraded my suite to a 2 bedroom, very satisfied!
• We were right in front of the pool and basketball area, so it can get pretty noisy during the day.

“This hotel was a great deal for my partner and me. I was satisfied with the service, location, price and the room that was given to me. The breakfast was great. The bedroom was roomy and gave us complimentary food. I loved it! The bed was so comfortable. Worth the stay! Cozy and you feel like you're at home. Great!”

“The staff and accommodations exceeded my expectations. Full kitchen, living room, bedroom and buffet breakfast, nice courtyard and grounds! Can't say enough well about it. Plan to stay there again.”

• The room had a kitchen, coffee, and clocks.
• Shuttle was slow, driver testie and first, then nice.

“Night time desk lady was very professional and nice to us. Room was clean, and easy to find. Leaving, the shuttle driver was, without a doubt, the most courteous we have ever experienced anywhere. I would recommend the hotel to other economy travelers.”

• Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable.
• Hair dryer in room didn't work. Could hear a lot of outside noise from upstarts neighbors and planes overhead.

“This hotel was decent shuttle van was very convenient as I had an early flight. When I first arrived, I was a little concerned because I could really hear the people upstairs running around in their room, and stairways are outdoors and wooden, so you can really hear people's footsteps echoing, particularly if you are in a lower lever room, as I was. I was so exhausted after the long weekend trip; I just put the TV on and fell right to sleep anyway. In the morning, the shuttle driver was very courteous and suggested I take a few minutes to hit the breakfast bar, which was adequately stocked, and then he was ready to leave for the airport when I was. All in all, a good choice for the convenience.”

• Could not give me extra night at price I paid

“This hotel is perfect for families who want to experience San Francisco, but who don't want to pay downtown prices. The convenience of a small kitchen in the room was great, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel offers a great morning breakfast, and the staff was wonderful. It is a short drive to attractions, and is within walking distance of Bart station, and many restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.”

• Very good location, near malls, restaurants, airport, good area for any traveler.
• No elevators for a 3 story facility.

“My wife and I were pleased with the staff and amenities, i.e. Laundry room, work out room, pool, convenience store and Jacuzzi, good breakfast and coffee. Our overall experience was very good and plan on returning to this hotel again.”

• Two Master Suites, living room with DVD & VCR, kitchen, spa, and swimming pool - it's better than my house!
• I just wish they served breakfast before at 7:00 a.m. on weekends. I wake up hungry.

“What an amazing place to stay while sightseeing in San Francisco! Only 20 minutes away, free and safe parking, and a quiet place to sleep. Friendly staff, immaculately clean facilities, a kitchen with a full 10-cup pot for coffee and microwave popcorn! We didn't have time to use the business center, but the computers looked like they were from this century. I walked by the exercise room and was surprised at its size...not bad at all!”

• The suite was spacious and had many amenities.
• The suite was smoking and we specifically asked for non smoking, the desk said they had no non smoking available.

“This hotel was on the whole a nice place to stay. We were happy with everything except for the fact that we had asked for a non smoking room and ended up with smoking. We also were charged for a long distance call that we did not make, even after we explained we did not make the call.”
