• Newly remodeled.
• Size of the bathroom.

“Hotel was easy to find. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was nice and appeared to be recently remodeled; however the bathroom was small.”

• We experienced some problems with the people in the room next door to us. The hotel staff immediately moved us to another room.
• Nothing.

• The pool and location.
• Rooms were musty, bathroom was not clean, parking area was dirty.

“This was second time staying here. First time, hotel was under renovation; expected it to be improved after a year. It was not. While the common area is very nice, the rooms are of a lower quality.”

• Large hot tub and nice pool.
• Dirty floor in room, uncomfortable bed, small room.

“I stayed at this hotel. The room was small, the bed uncomfortable, no ability to upgrade to a suite. At best, this hotel is a 2 star that's trying to be a 3 star.”

• Location.
• My sleep by number bed leaked air.

“This is an older Holidome that is showing it's age. Maintenance has not been stellar. My sleep by the numbers bed leaked air. The door to the room closet was broken and the breakfast buffet on weekends, the only breakfast served, was minimal with low quality canned foods. This is not a 3 star hotel. It is a declining 2 star.”

• The rooms where large and well appointed.
• We were given a sleep number bed, either the beds are over used or sleep number beds are uncomfortable.

“The hotel was great, the front desk staff was friendly. Our only fault with our room was the bed. We were upgraded to a sleep number bed. I have never used a sleep number bed before but this one was not comfortable. I am not sure if the bed gets played with too much in a hotel or what, but the each side of the bed was crowned and even after adjusting the bed it was hard to get into a good comfortable position.”

• It smelled, and the lobby was really warm.

• Friendly, accommodating staff. Pool & common areas good for families.
• Bad smell in hallways, our beds were hard. Carpets and upholstery appeared to need cleaning.

“Even though there were a few shortcomings to the facility. The price and location were excellent. It was a relaxing and comfortable visit.”

• Once in the room, not that bad, bathroom tiny.
• Ball team as other guest, police in the lobby at mid-night.

“This place is bad. An old dump! Foggy windows, busted titles, etc. Needs to be a 1 or 2 star, certainly not a 3! Sold room blocks to ball teams, kids running in the hall at 2 in the morning.”

• The location was the only good thing about this hotel.
• The rooms smelled like mold.

“The staff asked if we would like to switch to a smoking room for a king size bed and we said ok, but then got to the room and it smelled of mold and smoke and was a room with 2 double beds. So, I went to the front desk again and wanted them to make it right, and the staff lied to me saying they never said there was a king bed in the room they switched me to. Why would someone who does not smoke switch from a non-smoking double bed, to a smoking double bed? This makes no sense to me! The room was not even cleaned one of the nights during our stay; then to top it off the next morning housekeeping tried to come into our room at 8 am on our last day there. The pool area was always a mess, and the main areas of the hotel also smelled of mold due to leaks from air conditioning units on the carpets. This would not be a hotel I would choose to stay in!”

• We have stayed at this hotel before, the staff is always helpful.
• The select comfort beds, the TV didn't work & the ice machine was broken.

“This is a very nice hotel to stay in but the select comfort beds are hard to get adjusted. This hotel is in a location which is convenient for us to be able to go where we want to be.”

• Decent rooms with adjustable beds.
• Lobby humidity/smell from pool and only average cleanliness.

“Hotel has a lobby with work out space/pool/restaurant so it was humid and smelled like chlorine when you entered. Room configuration with balcony overlooking lobby made the room feel claustrophobic. On this summer day, even the staff was fanning themselves. Close access to highways and restaurants.”

• Nice pool area.
• Old dated beds and rooms in hotels old part.

“The rooms are terrible in the east/old part of hotel. The west/newer addition are ok. The staff was polite but could not find rooms adjoining or even close for our family. The hotel has several youth sports teams staying there. Not a place for a quite getaway.”

• The room and bed were good.
• Rooms toward the pool area are very noisy.

“The room they gave us was toward the pool area and it was extremely noisy until about 10:30. We asked to be moved and with no problem they gave us an outside room which was much better.”
