• It was clean and friendly.
• I thought that the shuttle passes to Disney land should be free.

• Not a walk able distance to Disneyland.

• Location was awesome, close to parks and food.
• There was nothing I didn't like about this place.

“Perfectly located, excellent transportation to and from the park. Free Wi-Fi and parking, free cookies in the lobby, super comfortable beds. Overall a great place. Should be a 3 star place, but with embassy suites and the Hyatt next door I can see why its a 2.5 star property. Walking distance to some good restaurants as well.”

• The hotel was clean and well maintained. Good restaurants and grocery nearby-red robins, the outback.
• Further away from Disneyland than I thought, not within walking distance, great w/rental car.

“I was pleased with the hotel and found it to be a great value for the price. It was clean and well maintained. Exercise room and pool w/hot tub is adequate. It was further away from Disneyland than we thought, but with a rental car it worked well and there is a bus that runs every 20 minutes. It's on the same main road as the main gate but about 1+ mile down the road. Several nice restaurants nearby that allowed us to eat and places other than Disney. A grocery was close by so we also stocked up with in room snacks and beverages. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend it for others.”

• The kind employee.
• The parking is horrible.

“Very nice and convenient location, very clean rooms, close to Disney attractions. The only problem is not enough parking or you would have park a distance away. No fun when you have children and luggage to carry a long way.”

• Quiet, value of room.
• No hot water.

“The staff was nice, from front desk to housekeeping. Shower head was broken and not enough hot water for 3 other people that were with me. Front office not responsive or apologetic. Maintenance guy was prompt and courteous. Their gym only had 3 pieces of equipment in there.”

“This is a lovely, quiet and beautifully maintained facility. We did not eat meals there, but a number of people did and reported that the food was fine. The staff were helpful and courteous, as well as knowledgeable.”

• It was a nice hotel. Classy and convenient located.
• I didnt like the the coke machine on our floor didnt work. Also never could get the broadband internet service to work.

“I really liked the entry way, the hotel staff was unprofessional when they spoke and a bit unkept looking but not too bad. It was very nice looking and the rooms were classy and clean. Overall I'd say it was a nice hotel and I would stay there again certainly esp for the price.”

• EXCEPTION!! Quality facility, comfortable rooms, bedding and FREE INTERNET! Friendly staff!!
• Lost my prescription glasses and received the wrong pair but not their fault it was mine for leaving them.

“This hotel was beyond my expectations. Friendly, efficient staff. Loved the rooms, beds were quaint and comfortable. I was glad to have FREE parking and FREE internet service. Close to local attractions and freeways. Rate this stay a 10!”
