“The room was ideal if your staying for a night or two. Room service didn't just an okay job, but you get what you pay for.”

“Overall, this hotel room was an excellent value for the price I paid. The rooms were huge and offered a great space to spread out. The bathroom was very nice and toilet flushed perfectly. The walls had scuff marks all over them and were filthy in some areas. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again!”

“It was a nice hotel room but I was asked to wait by the owner's mother. The owners weren't very friendly.”

“If all you are looking for is a hard bed to sleep on, then this will suffice. However if you are looking for a good value priced hotel, you picked the wrong place.”

“The toilet in our room leeked out of a huge crack and made the room smell like a sewer. the manager of the hotel downgraded us to a smaller room when
I complained. Don't go to this hotel!”

“While I got what I expected as I drove into the parking lot in the not-so-friendly neighborhood where this hotel lies, entering the room was a bit of a shock. The room was neither stuffy, nor lacking in open space and furniture for both relaxing and professional use. The facilities in the room had either been recently remodeled or were very well cared for, and the cleaning staff took great care in making the room very presentable each morning. While the hotel itself didn't have much to offer, and the continental breakfast, location, and pool were as to be expected, I didn't come for these items. I came on vacation to visit the area, and as such simply needed a place to stay. Our room provided a very comfortable, pleasant place to do this and I was very satisfied with our trip.”

“I stayed at this hotel while attending a conference in Anaheim and found it to be perfectly adequate for my purposes. It is conveniently located near the OCTA 43 bus line, which runs almost every 15 minutes back and forth to the Convention Center and Disneyland area. Also adjacent to a shopping center with food offerings from Vietnam, Thailand and El Salvador (there's also a Yoshinoya Beef Bowl, as well as a liquor/convenience store). My room was clean and the linens were changed daily, although there was a coffee maker they failed to re supply the coffee packets after the first day. And free WiFi couldn't get a signal - if you're a Boingo subscriber, however, there is a good hotspot in the area that you can use. Although one night taking me home my cabbie told me that this was a rough area, I didn't experience any problems and felt safe during my stay, although I wouldn't really recommend this hotel for a family. But for a business traveler this was a nice economical hotel.”

“I did not have high expectations but I was very comfortable here. Though furnishings were basic, the room was a good size and I noticed that my bathtub here was far deeper and more comfortable than my friends at the Hilton. I used the fridge and microwave and seldom ate out. The nice little pool was refreshing, the free WiFi was a definite plus. The walk to the convention center was long but the 43 bus went right there and was only 50 cents for seniors. Overall I was very pleased and recommend this hotel to anyone wanting economy not luxury accommodation in the Anaheim area.”

“If you are just looking for a place to sleep for the night, than it will do. It has a pool but it is not heated or it was not working. Our room was Okay and Clean. We did not spend much time at the Hotel, just to sleep, so it was fine for us.”

“The hotel is definitely there for those travelers on a tight budget. My remote did not work, the cable was spliced so it was fuzzy, the pool was small. The neighborhood was kind of dirty.”

“One of the staff members didn't speak much English and only knew the room number, whether is was smoking or non smoking and what the bed size was. The room was nice and comfortable, also clean. I was both satisfied and unsatisfied.”

“I was very disappointed in my stay @ this particular hotel. I was going for the cheapest hotel I could get not the dirtiest. It is a shame to find things in your hotel room of xxx Nature especially in front of your son I am very sadden that my son saw this and will never stay in this hotel ever!”

“This place is just plain filthy! The outdoor railings were just plain filthy and sticky. The carpet was never vacuumed. The drawers in the night stands were not their. The dresser's drawers would not open. The bathroom door had been kicked in and the door jamb was ripped away from the wall so the door would not shut. The curtains were falling off of the rod. The lamps didn't have light bulbs in them making it very difficult to see. I had to take light bulbs from the ceiling cans to put in the lamps. This smoking room had no ash trays. I had to ask twice and actually corner an employee to get an ashtray. The amenities were restocked the day I left. I had chips of soap to bathe with. The sink faucet was so loose that I had to hold onto it to turn the water off and on. There were toilets sitting in the walkways, cans of solvent left out next to smoking rooms. I understand that the hotel is in the process of being remodeled, but the guest should never have to suffer. Never! I won't be returning to this establishment ever! I noticed that most of the rooms had a similar problem with the light bulbs. For their sake and the sake of future guests, they need to get it together or get out of the hospitality business! This was room 216.”

“This hotel had poor access, the staff was inattentive. There was no operative smoke detector in room. Coffee with no cups or pastries upon checkout. My brother who stayed in another room with spouse was awakened by someone trying to get in their room after midnight scaring them. Manager demanded to know why they were in their room when they had paid for two nights. I would take this hotel off your list.”

“The hotel is excellent choice for someone who just stay for a few day for business; however, I am not recommended for any leisure or family stay. The room is hazardous since the power plugs are loose. Little children can stick their figure in there. There is blood stain on the pillow that they don't even bother to replace but just turn it over. Also there are stuffs from previous renter still remain in the room.”
