• Free internet & parking; small but nice lounge area.
• Noisy, with thin walls, hit and miss with staff helpfulness.

“Price was great. However, service at hotel sub-standard and unprofessional at times. Problem with room keys on several occasions (along with several other guests). Awakened early each morning by alarm clocks in nearby vacant guest rooms.”

• Rooms were large and clean.
• Hotel was a little off the freeway with some street negotiations.

“The hotel which at one time was a Sheraton Hotel has been completely refurbished. It has large rooms with nice furnishings and bedding.”

• Low water pressure, equipment failure, loose felsites.

• I liked the hotel's focus on sound sleeping for its guests.
• The freight train tracks are right next to the hotel.

“The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. We didn't eat at the restaurant because it was a bit expensive. There are freight train tracks next to the hotel and you can hear trains passing by during the day. The hotel is beautiful and modern. You can tell it was remodeled recently. This hotel should definitely be within the 2.5-3-star category.”

• Easy access to freeway and tourist locations.
• Nice hotel in a not so nice area- borders area would not go at night.

“Very nice hotel for the price, good amenities in the room, very comfortable beds and was easy access to freeway and looked like good conference facilities also carried Starbucks coffee!”

“We stayed here for $75 per night. Our room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. The hotel amenities really exceeded our expectations. We went to visit friends and were 1.7 miles from their house.”

• Staff and environment excellent.
• Bath tub drain slowly!

“Beds and amenities excellent bath tub drainage very bad waste water and scum collected on bath tub I had to think how many other peoples waste I was showering with!”

• Comfortable bed - down comforter.
• Too close to the freeway. Our room's balcony (executive room) looked out to the 91 freeway.

“My husband and I recently spent a night at this hotel. Except for the hotel location, our stay was very pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable, however our balcony faced the 91 freeway. We could not stand outside on the balcony and have a conversation because of the noise level from the freeway. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, but would request a room facing the back of the hotel.”

• The hotel was close to the freeway and attractions.
• The hotel security was poor, the bed was horrible, and room not as clean as I would expect.

“I would not stay at this hotel again. Checking in was extremely time consuming. Parking for the 3rd tower was not safe nor was the security to enter the hotel. The bed was sunken in so bad in the middle that I had to place pillows between us in order to sleep. It was apparent the carpet had not been vacuumed due to crumbs found around the bed.”

• This place tacky looking, difficult to drive out of, faces the interstate and the staff is unhelpful.

“Good base for business or Disneyland. 5-10 minute drive to Disneyland, cheaper than Anaheim. Right next to freeway, but pretty well insulated from the noise. Very clean and comfortable. Fairly small room.”

• The noise from party in the convention room below our room.

“The hotel was beautiful. We specifically requested a "quiet room". We were sent to the "tower facility", where a large party was being held directly below our room which lasted until midnight. We were unable to get the rest we needed. We feel they could have at least told us about this at check in, in which case we would have requested a difference room or not stayed there. We complained, but was just told "sorry for the noise!" we feel a refund is in order.”
