“ Hotel was nearly empty all 4 nights, yet we were given a room in the very back corner above the laundry with no outside access so had to park at opposite end of the property. Room had only 1 unused electrical outlet and none for the corner lamp, other than that it was pk but noisy. Hotel was OK, service was OK, but no better than OK.
”

• The price for this hotel, and the room cleanliness were the only good things.
• Staff was not friendly and not very helpful at all, especially the night crew.

“Dated and old. Staff not very helpful and not pleasant. This hotel is at best 2-1/2 stars at best.”

• Clean and easy check-in.
• Location is wedged between train tracks and freeway.

“ This hotel is clean and friendly, but seems to suffer from a bad location. Check in and Check out was easy. There is also free WiFi in each rooms. The room was simple, but the bed was comfortable. Walls are thin and I could hear conversations from the adjoining rooms. ”

• We enjoy the free things like the blindfolds and shampoo/conditioner.
• We entered our room. There was a huge 2" bug crawling across the carpet. It looked like a cockroach to me but the manager said it was a water bug!

• Clean, friendly staff.
• Bed was too small, extra bed cost money.

“For the price we paid, this might seem like a good deal, it is very close to Disneyland (3 miles), however, it is right off the Freeway, and the hotel only gave us a queen size bed without any option for upgrade. They do have option to add an roll away bed, but for 10 dollars a day. Both rooms that that staff gave us (we have to switch room for the first night because of noises) are all right by the stairs.”

• Free internet, coffee in the morning, peace and quiet.
• There was a long hair and powder on and around sink.

“lovely accommodations, loved the pool and jacuzzi, exactly as pictured on their website. This is a great place for business and leisure guests. Despite the fact that they're right next to the freeway, the back courtyard(where I was) was very quiet. The maids need to work on their cleaning, I caught a thorn in my foot from the carpet & there was a long black hair in my sink.”

• Very nicely appointed. Friendly staff.
• Hallways are open to the outside, can be noisy if others are around.

“Very eye pleasing with beautiful holiday decorations. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean and bright. The beds were very comfortable. I will certainly use this hotel in the future, in fact I have a reservation there next week!!”

• Clean, nice, and has all the comforts you need when traveling.
• Right off freeway (could be noisy), but not bad.

“Our stay here was great, friendly workers, check in took only 2min and was able to get in room asap to relax, rooms are perfect and has all the amenities, internet, coffee, fridge, etc.”

• Some rooms have a lot of
  freeway noise.

“Wonderful small hotel in Fullerton. Nice staff and very clean well appointed rooms. Some of the rooms that face the freeway will experience unacceptable freeway noise so select a room in the back of the hotel. The service in the restaurant was very mechanical and uninviting, but the food was good.”

• Almost everything, it is beautiful, gorgeous pool, rooms are nice.
• Have to pay for all internet access.

“This is a comfortable, clean hotel, very well appointed. I think a hotel of this caliber should offer free wireless in the room or at the very least have a computer in the lobby for guests with free access. I had to use my credit card and be charged by the minute to check my e-mail - not nice!”

• The free shuttle but then they had set pickup times.
• They put us in a handicapped room and and lots of noise.

“For it being the crowne plaza
I was disappointed, there was a frat party and lots of noise during the night management was not accommodating to the noise or party traffic.”

• The bed was very comfortable.

“This hotel is right off the freeway, which was very convenient. It is close to the cute area of downtown Fullerton. We asked for a pool view and got to our room to find a rooftop view. They corrected it immediately.”

• Just OK, nothing like other Crown Plaza's I have stayed with.
• Openness of rooms. Flet like more a motel than a hotel.

“Disappointed in the fact hotel wanted to charge extra to change from double beds to king. I thought this was unreasonable up-charge. Also, layout of hotel was confusing. Bar area was nice food was good.”

• Very quiet, but that may be because it was at least 50% empty.
• Could hear some road noise in the room from the highway.

“The front desk staff was great and since the hotel was mostly empty, we were able to get a room change to give us 2 connecting rooms, each with 2 queen beds. This made it great for the grandkids. We also liked the courtesy shuttle which dropped us off and picked us up at Disneyland. We only wished the shuttle came later than 9:30 since the park was open till midnight. We had to miss the fireworks to catch the shuttle and the children were a little let down by that.”

“We only stay here for convenience. Noisy because it is very close to the freeway. The rooms really need to be upgraded due to wear and tear. Bathroom very tiny. Sinks smell moldy.”
