• Great outdoor pool area.
• Exercise aerobic machines were broken, except treadmill.

“Great location near low traffic freeway and shopping center and Fullerton downtown area. The chair and bed spreads were disgusting and stained/dirty looking. The carpet had that not so fresh feel too. Room service tray sat outside for 1.5 days.”

• The bed was wonderful.
• Mold, peeling wallpaper in bath, poor A/C, awful exercise room.

“If it wasn't for the bed this hotel would be no better than a Motel 6.”

• Great service, friendly staff: Wonderful location!
• Too pricy; charge extra for internet, microwave & fridge. Other hotels, comes with room.

“Hotel has great staff and wonderful service, but did not like the fact that there was an extra charge for nearly everything; microwave, fridge, breakfast, and even internet use (wireless). Other hotels with similar rooms and ratings (some even lower) have these included. Great location, walking distance to shops (Target, Henry's, clothing) and restaurants (Tony Roma's, Super Max, Ruby's).”

• The hotel's location near the freeway made traveling between Orange County and Los Angeles easy.
• It seemed like housekeeping forgot our dirty towels almost every day.

“Great location near Disneyland and other attractions. Loved the pool and friendly staff.”

• The beds were nice.
• Sleeping rooms were noisy, hear next door and the stuff going on in the hallway.

“This hotel is overrated. It should be a ** not ***. The sleeping rooms were not well insulated meaning that you can hear things going on in the room next door and in the hallway. The bathroom title needed a good cleaning or needed to be replaced. The AC would not keep my room cool.”

“This hotel does not deserve a 3-star rating. We've stayed in other area 3-star hotels & this hotel is not in their league. Cleanliness is the biggest issue- chewing gum on elevator floors (vinyl); some of interior hallways smelled & were dirty along the baseboards. They try to mitigate the odors using Frebreze which only makes it worse. No consistency in housekeeping practices. No light bulb in one lamp, missing TV remote; no washcloths 2X. King bed had 4 pillows when we check in; 3rd night, one was missing. Lamps in rooms are cheap & only have one brightness selection on. Closets are about 1/3 size of standard hotel closet. Hotel staff (front desk) apologized for conditions we reported saying that hotel was going to be renovated. Until that time, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone at any price.”

• Hotel offered free bottles of water, free parking, easy access to freeway.
• Elevator, hall ways are old and dirty.

“Hotel is located by the freeway; easy access to places. Elevator is old, carpet on the hall ways were dirty. Front desk was nice, but too busy. Free parking. I got the room in the back tower with patio.”

• Loved the decor and outside courtyard.
• Fee per day for wireless internet.

“It's the best hotel in the area for the price. The on-site restaurant is very nice. Great staff and location. Was disappointed that wireless internet wasn't free.”

• Staff friendly. Lobby and surroundings very attractive.
• Older room, carpet had damage that needed repair.

“We requested 5 rooms for our son's graduation from Cal State Fullerton. The hotel was just perfect for all of us. Was very pleased overall.”

• It was close to my daughter's school whom I was there to visit.
• The smell inside the hotel, the fire alarm going off no reason, cigarette burns in carpet in a non-smoke room, no spa, no microwave or fridge, musty.

“The lobby and entrance was nice, the staff wasn't the friendliest but okay, my hotel key only worked half the time in the side gate. The room just seemed old and didn't feel inviting, no spa to relax in, carpet has cigarette burns in it, no additional outlets in room for my laptop or to charge my phone, no amenities, and the hallway and elevator smelled weird.”

• The staff was helpful in getting us maps for our destinations, moving us to another room since the first one was dirty, shopping nearby.
• Rooms were very worn, carpet stained, patched holes in walls, mold on walls around window.

“Not a 3 star hotel for room quality and overall hotel type especially being a better name brand hotel chain. This was not a very well kept up hotel and the rooms were not in good condition for the star rating. I would not stay here again.”

• Location in relation to Disneyland.
• Double beds instead of queens.

“The rooms were okay, but the beds were too small. The staff was friendly, but they checked us out after 2 nights when we were staying for 3 nights. Our keys stopped working a few times, so we had to drag exhausted children all the way to the lobby to get them re-programmed.”

• The toiletry products.
• Carpet dirty. Right next to expressway.

“Adequate place, nothing more. They had a room mix-up (we booked 2 rooms, they had one reserved for us), which took about 20 minutes to fix. The hotel is right next to the expressway, so traffic noise very loud.”

• Nice swimming pool, beds comfortable.
• Run down, no fitness or hot tub, fake flowers etc.

• The lobby, really nice.
• The room.

“The hotel is situated near the freeway and Harbor Blvd. The room had a TV that would not turn off using the remote, the bathroom door would not shut all the way, and the water pressure in the shower was low. Overall, not what I expect from this class of hotel.”
