  • The bed was wonderful.
  • Mold, peeling wallpaper in bath, poor A/C, awful exercise room.

“If it wasn't for the bed this hotel would be no better than a Motel 6.”

  • Loved the decor and outside courtyard.
  • Fee per day for wireless internet.

“It's the best hotel in the area for the price. The on-site restaurant is very nice. Great staff and location. Was disappointed that wireless internet wasn't free.”

  • Staff friendly. Lobby and surroundings very attractive.
  • Older room, carpet had damage that needed repair.

“We requested 5 rooms for our son's graduation from Cal State Fullerton. The hotel was just perfect for all of us. Was very pleased overall.”

  • It was close to my daughter's school whom I was there to visit.
  • The smell inside the hotel, the fire alarm going off no reason, cigarette burns in carpet in a non-smoke room, no spa, no microwave or fridge, musty.

“The lobby and entrance was nice, the staff wasn't the friendliest but okay, my hotel key only worked half the time in the side gate. The room just seemed old and didn't feel inviting, no spa to relax in, carpet has cigarette burns in it, no additional outlets in room for my laptop or to charge my phone, no amenities, and the hallway and elevator smelled weird.”

  • Nothing as room were not well built, room service was poor, communication of staff was poor and location is complicated.

  • The staff was helpful in getting us maps for our destinations, moving us to another room since the first one was dirty, shopping nearby.
  • Rooms were very worn, carpet stained, patched holes in walls, mold on walls around window.

“Not a 3 star hotel for room quality and overall hotel type especially being a better name brand hotel chain. This was not a very well kept up hotel and the rooms were not in good condition for the star rating. I would not stay here again.”

  • Location in relation to Disneyland.
  • Double beds instead of queens.

“The rooms were okay, but the beds were too small. The staff was friendly, but they checked us out after 2 nights when we were staying for 3 nights. Our keys stopped working a few times, so we had to drag exhausted children all the way to the lobby to get them re-programmed.”

  • The toiletry products.
  • Carpet dirty. Right next to expressway.

“Adequate place, nothing more. They had a room mix-up (we booked 2 rooms, they had one reserved for us), which took about 20 minutes to fix. The hotel is right next to the expressway, so traffic noise very loud.”

  • Nice swimming pool, beds comfortable.
  • Run down, no fitness or hot tub, fake flowers etc.

  • The lobby, really nice.
  • The room.

“The hotel is situated near the freeway and Harbor Blvd. The room had a TV that would not turn off using the remote, the bathroom door would not shut all the way, and the water pressure in the shower was low. Overall, not what I expect from this class of hotel.”

  • Bad experience all the way around. Took over 25 minutes at the front desk to check in.

“This was a very bad hotel experience. Called earlier on my day of arrival to inform them of my late arrival and confirm my previous call for a non-smoking, double bed room. When I arrived they had no non-smoking rooms, nor double beds. Extremely frustrating and a poor experience. This is not a 3 star establishment. Room was needing repair and just not even pleasant. Beware!”

  • Run down, no hot water, dirty room, thin walls, no TV, dirty hotel.

“Run down and unkept. No hot water (for Pete's sake) TV did not work. Ironing board broken (had to iron on the floor) etc. PS I didn't even tell you about the thin walls in the hotel and the couple next door. Was a short night.”

  • The outdoor areas showed some effort.
  • It was rundown and more like a roadside motel than a hotel.

“This hotel is a refurbished Holiday Inn. The room furnishings are outdated, worn, scratched, and stained. The old part of the hotel is dingy with narrow hallways and an unpleasant odor. I was moved to the newer part, which wasn't as bad, but still had the same unacceptable furnishings. It is very close to the freeway, which was fine. If you go north, there are shops and restaurants. Going south places you in a rough part of town. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

  • Little disappointed in the room and elevator access.

“Was ok but not up to the 3 star rating of other hotels. Very full of foreign tour groups who monopolized staff, common areas and hotel & restaurant resources.”

  • The price and it was quiet despite its close proximity to the freeway.
  • Worn, shabby bedspreads. Something Nasty on carpet in front of TV that we requested be cleaned and never was.

“For the price, it was ok. However, for the 3 star rating, I think it is over rated. It is in need of a renovation. I had read reviews on Trip Advisor and requested a room in the "newer" section, which they said was the "tower". I'm not convinced it was actually the better part.”
