“It was fine as by the time we arrived I needed to sleep. It is not one of the nicer places Ive stayed at.”

“Not safe for solo women traveling. Inside corridors upstairs, but without restricted access to elevator (anyone can come in). Bad neighborhood big drug bust just a block away. Area is targeted for break ins. Police stated that "things happen there".”

“I was relying on the pool to occupy the kids while I visited a sick relative in the hospital. The pool water was filthy and green. The room was about the same condition but not green.”

“Good location off I-4 needs general touching up in public areas and bathrooms. Not much different than a Country Inns or Days Inn. This is Radissons low end motel.”

“Independently owned and it shows. No accountability. The sheets were too small to fit the entire bed. The mattress was old and springy. Someone tried to break into our first floor room. The area is great for its proximity to Winter Park's downtown area, but there are sketchy looking people hanging out all around this hotel. You can hear the expressway (I-4) all night long.”

“We were tired and forced ourselves to go to bed with our own towels and robes around us (the water was hot and we bathed in our flip flops). Early the next morning I asked if all of the rooms were like ours and were assigned a poor room therefore. I asked to see the next offered room and found it had little smell and no apparent mold. The carpet in the hall was clean and newer though the room carpet was old and the beds were old. This room had a newer bathroom and we stayed two more nights. The breakfast room was clean and coffee was available all day along with apples and juice. I intended to make a report to the county health department on the first room.”

“I liked the fact that Park Inn was right in the heart of northern Orlando and downtown. It was also inexpensive, close to restaurants, and right beside the interstate highway. I didn't like the fact that the staff working at the front desk didn't wear nametags. It had these really funky colors on the outside but, the room was very clean and satisfied my basic needs. The towels and wash cloths were thin and cheap, but they got the job done. They also provided 60+ cable channels and free local calls as well as a continental breakfast.”

“I think it should be clearly stipulated that the hotel does not have a shuttle service from the airport. I suppose it was my mistake, perhaps I did not know what to expect.”

“The room was clean and had pretty good location if you are going to be in the Orlando area. Not so good for Disney (long drive). For universal guests wouldn't be that bad for someone trying to save some money. The staff was helpful and friendly. Other than the smell of the room it wasn't a bad place. We just bought some air freshener.”

“This hotel should not be offered on your service. I do not care if a place is old as long as it is clean and well maintained. This hotel was dirty, the pubic hair on the bed and sink disgusting, the broken lampshade, black marks on the walls and black hand prints on every door show the lack of interest in cleanliness. It is old, poorly maintained and dirty; it does not deserve any star rating and should not be offered. I checked out as I could not sleep there.”

“This hotel was awful. It was supposed to be a 2 star hotel but I have pitched tents that were better accommodation than this place. The first room we were given had cockroaches and a broken bathroom light. They moved us to the room next door, which was worse. More cockroaches, mildew and rust in the shower, a constantly running toilet, holes in the upholstery and burn marks in the television from a cigarette despite the room being a non-smoking room, which also reeked heavily of cigarette smoke. Moreover, when I went to the lobby to get the key to the second room, I walked in on an altercation between the clerk and 2 very unsavory guests attempting to check in. This altercation ended in the guests leaving and the clerk needing to lock down the lobby due to threats from the guests. Due to safety and sanitation concerns, my husband and I checked out within one hour of arrival.”

“When we checked in our room had a strong mold odor that went away after we shut off the air conditioner and opened the window. We did not complain to the staff, so we do not know if a better room would have been available. We felt save in the hotel and in the parking lot. Compared to other similar level hotels where we have stayed, our room and the public areas were dark, drab, somewhat dated and worn looking, but generally pretty clean. ”
